Tonight America, we are reporting on the highest-ranking Libertarian in America!

I have postulated that Hewitt is a Losertarian because his personal life is a boomer of liens, judgments, back taxes, and the like. In a way, being a former state officer and a national officer of a feckless third party centered around freedom without responsibility makes perfect sense when you take a close look. It makes sense why Hewitt is a Libertarian who hates government, he can’t stay out of trouble with the government…

Throw in a little weed, and it makes even more sense.

At least 50 tax liens, judgments, and foreclosures have been filed against Hewitt and his failed company, Champagne Pools. The ones I have access to total over $378,000.  There is evidence that Hewitt received at least one federal or state tax lien or court-ordered judgment through 1994. Then, amazingly from 1995 through 2001, Hewitt appears to have dropped the hippie lettuce and started paying his bills on time. (Who knows if Hewitt is a pothead, but he sure enables them)

In 2002, Jeff Hewitt began his 20-year unbroken streak of not paying his taxes and other debts, a practice he has continued consistently for the last twenty years. He even had two Riverside County Tax Liens levied against him while he sat on the dais as a County Supervisor.

That’s right, Hewitt got liened twice by the county he is supposed to be managing.

Libertarian Anarchy.

And don’t forget the pending lawsuits and Contractor’s State License Board Complaints against Hewitt.

No wonder Hewitt trashes government; he can’t stay out of trouble! No wonder why Hewitt is hostile to law enforcement!

There is so much in Hewitt’s financial records that I did not have time to follow up to see how many of these are still active. Who can relate to having 50 liens or judgments entered against them?

When we continue our expose’ on Jeff Hewitt, your intrepid blogger is going to suggest a possible reason why Hewitt can’t or won’t pay his bills.

In the meantime, ask yourself how this libertarian anarchist got elected?

!El Hewitt, Cuando Es En Mexico, Hace Lo Que Los Vecinos Que Hacen!

The problem is that the Mexican “LaRaza” anthem salute was inside America in Riverside County. I guess this “libertarian” needs to do more research about the conduct of American electeds.

Perhaps Hewitt’s disdain for America is best summed up in this speech he delivered to the National Libertarian Party: https://www.lp.org/sotu2019/.

In our prisons, hundreds of thousands are behind bars for no just reason at all. These are the victims of mass incarceration, a misbegotten “tough on crime” and “war on drugs” mentality that punishes people who have harmed nobody, thus devastating communities and destroying lives in the process.”
“Assembly-line justice makes a mockery of our constitutional rights. Coercive plea bargaining has turned the sacred right to a jury trial into a rarely seen farce. And the absurd proliferation of laws has made criminals of us all. Libertarians say: Too often, our justice system is a system of injustice. It is a stain on this nation’s conscience … a moral crisis of our time.”
I am surprised Black Lives Matter and other get-out-of-jail-free card groups have not endorsed this guy. I am sure DA Mike Hestrin and the Sheriff’s Union will love this quote. Hewitt’s logic is what passed Prop 47 and Prop 57, leading to lawlessness in many California cities.
As a stimulus measure, Riverside County supervisors today approved easing the application process for individuals and businesses seeking to establish cannabis retail outlets and cultivation sites in unincorporated communities.  “Let the free market determine how many dispensaries people want,” Supervisor Jeff Hewitt said. “Let’s allow the market to determine the winners and losers.” (City News Service, 5/19/20)
Fascinating. Let me translate Hewitt’s libertarian-speak: “Let the cartels determine how much dope flows across the border” with Hewitt’s attitude towards crime and punishment, we ought to set up free injection sites on his property (that he can barely afford, more on that soon). Maybe Jeff himself will pay for clean needles for the addicts he wants to coddle? And perhaps his failed pool service company can atone for the customers it ripped off by cleaning up after the addicts Hewitt wants to pamper? San Francisco is a great model for Hewitt.
Money to bolster public safety in unincorporated areas and add seasonal firefighters to help wildfire-strained stations is among $16.9 million changes to Riverside County’s $6.9 billion budget for the upcoming fiscal year. The Board of Supervisors on Tuesday greenlighted the changes in a 4-1 vote, with Supervisor Jeff Hewitt voting no after his colleagues rejected his proposal to allocate $10 million toward the county’s $3.6 billion pension debt. (Press-Enterprise article dated 6/17/21)
Similar to his godfather Ron Paul, Hewitt comes up with really great sounding reasons to do the wrong thing; in this case, he voted against adding more police and fire even though there was plenty of money in the budget to do it. Worse, he attempted to attach something totally unrelated to extort a vote from his colleagues. That is a boomer of a mistake, and perhaps stunts like this are why Hewitt’s colleagues can’t stand him.
More deputies were the top ask in a recent survey of what residents in unincorporated areas wanted from county government. Supervisors also have heard from those who want funding ticketed for the sheriff to be spent on social programs to help disadvantaged communities.  The board’s changes don’t include jail money but give the sheriff $5.5 million for unincorporated-area patrols.
Everybody in unincorporated areas should know that Jeff Hewitt opposed getting them more cops.
Twisted logic, voting poorly – this is the libertarian experience in government. The Jeff Hewitt experience is so much more…

I was having flashbacks to 1979 when investigating the Libertarian’s highest-ranking elected in America.

An old adage in my lifetime of political work is “Third Party Candidates.” That is it; that is the entire adage. Nothing more needs to be said because they are proven to be complete trainwrecks when thoroughly vetted.

What I know about Losertarians is that they hate Republicans more than democrats, and they come up with the best-sounding excuses for voting like democrats.

In the case of Jeff Hewitt, he also lives like a Libertarian train wreck.

I am unsure where the constitution says you salute a foreign country’s flag during their national anthem, much less doing so with the “LaRaza” sign. Hewitt is pictured with his fellow disaster, Ulises Cabrera. For starters, this pseudo-constitutionalist needs some remedial education on saluting the American Flag and patriotism. Perhaps a boomer might help.

Jeff Hewitt is a failure in life, and his record in business bears that out.

Jeff Hewitt is a financial failure. His lifetime trail bears that out.

Jeff Hewitt is a political failure. His record as a county supervisor proves it.

Being a supervisor in Riverside County is by far the best job Jeff Hewitt has ever had. His dishonest behavior proves that he jealously clamors for every last perk of being in office.

Hewitt has a trail of dealings with the government. Perhaps Jeff Hewitt is a libertarian borne out of his disdain for the system of laws he seems unable to follow.

Let’s start by pointing out that Champagne Pools is listed on Jeff Hewitt’s financial disclosures. It’s on all kinds of government documents. Yet Hewitt tries to claim it is not his. Perhaps there is some sort of twisted Ron Paul-style excuse for his refusal to run his own company that I have yet to learn.

… and the Corporate address is still the same as Jeff Hewitt’s residence. Let’s have a look at Jeff Hewitt’s company:

April 2021 – bank closed the account for an overdrawn account
Filed for bankruptcy on 8/18/2021.
Case 6:21-bk-14459-WJ
United States Bankruptcy Court, Riverside CA
Assets: $324,641
Liabilities $694,623
Company assets of about $10,000
Company A/R  = $314,000 (90 days old or more)
Creditors:
CA Franchise Tax Board $1,055 2019 Corporate Taxes
IRS $6,327 March 2018 Payroll Taxes
IRS $59 December 2018 Payroll Taxes
Small local businesses
Local seniors Sun City $178,850 ruined backyard, abandoned after payment
Beaumont family $33,736 took the money, ruined the property
Yucaipa family $17,400 damages
Credit Cards $57,000+ ran up charges, filed for bk
2019 $950,000 gross revenue
2020 $1,570,000 gross revenue
14 customers/vendors have filed complaints and claims so far
Do you believe Jeff Hewitt when he calls himself a fiscal watchdog? It appears he knew that he was going to collapse the business and ran up more debt.
Jeff Hewitt’s cover story is that he turned the company over to his son – yet many of the above debts that precipitated the Corporate BK were from 2018 when even Hewitt admits he was “running” the company, including unpaid taxes and run-up credit cards.
As of Today, Hewitt has yet to produce records showing that Taylor Hewitt is the owner of the business, got the stock, bought the stock, etc. In fact, the Contractor’s license still shows Jeff Hewitt as the RME. Mr. Hewitt is probably unaware that your intrepid blogger is an insurance agent, and one of my areas of knowledge is insuring contractors. There is no government agency or court that would ever take Jeff Hewitt’s explanation.
This is why Jeff Hewitt is listed front and center in two lawsuits. He owns the company, it is his contractor’s license, and he failed to supervise his son.
Jeff Hewitt Sued For Fraud
Court: Riverside Superior Court
Parties: Connor v Champagne Pools, Taylor Hewitt, Jeff Hewitt
Filed: March 8, 2021
Case# CVRI2101345
Complaints: Breach of Contract & FRAUD.
Hewitt Sued for Indemnity
Court: Riverside Superior Court
Parties: Navigators Insurance Co v Champagne Pools, Taylor Hewitt, Jeff Hewitt
Filed: February 19, 2021
Case# CVRI2100896
Complaints: Indemnity – Jeff Hewitt was still listed on the bod paperwork.
We are going to learn that Jeff Hewitt has a lifetime pattern of irresponsibility and dishonesty. Had Russ Bogh gone further into the Jeff Hewitt experience in 2018, the Democrats that helped elect Jeff Hewitt may have failed in their mission. Now, in 2022, it is the job of your intrepid blogger.
Fasten your seatbelts.
