I’ve now been told by 5 different capitol insiders that Marie Waldron is muzzling CAGOP Chair Jessica Patterson. I have alluded to it in previous posts – so now I am going to spell it out.

What the hell does Trump have to do with this? A core belief among pretty much everyone in “Leadership” and their consultants believe that Donald Trump was a #YUGE factor in the shellacking in 2018. It is a level of denial and projection that may well be clinical.

I spoke repeatedly to one insider after another (some of whom are not Republicans anymore and have moved on to lobbying jobs, etc) that said it was all about Trump. So while trying to soft-peddle the President in 2018, they alienated even more voters than were already allegedly alienated. (Remember the oft-used canard of the suburban woman voter that abandoned the GOP in 2018?) Nowhere in their paradigm is a discussion of the nearly $3 Billion poured in by rage-filled old white guys (Soros, Bloomberg, Steyer) and the fixation on Ballot Harvesting was also short lived.

In a previous post I called on Marie Waldron to resign over her intransigence related to Bill Brough. I’ll back off my call a bit as it relates to Jessica Patterson as I am now convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that Marie Waldron is protecting the monster Bill Brough and is keeping Jessica Patterson Muzzled.

First off, it is clear that Jessica Patterson is upset over the behavior of Bill Brough and wants to go public with her disdain for it.

Secondly, it has been put to me by people in various parts of the state that once I started writing about Sean Doherty, that Jessica Patterson became very interested in who Doherty might have been talking to about political work in California so she could make sure Sean did not get hired. The parallels between the abuse that Doherty was allowed to commit over time and the abuse that has recently been exposed regarding Bill Brough are undeniable.

Third, I have confirmed more than once that the tiny Assembly GOP Caucus is divided 10-9 in favor of Marie being Permanent Minority Leader. Bill Brough is vote #10. Never, EVER underestimate the self-interest of a “leader”.

Fourth, and this is key. The Assembly and Senate members, all 30 of them, are still angry with the “little people” rising up against Chad Mayes.

Remember the county parties taking resolutions that led to votes of more committees and then a vote at the CAGOP’s Board of 13-7 calling on Mayes to step down as leader?  When you are dealing with egos that defy normal explanation and you cross in to that realm, it can get sticky. Generally, activists step on the toes of the officeholders, it is what we are supposed to do. The officeholders resent us for doing it as well. 

Jessica Patterson is in a place where she is going to have to make a choice quickly as the scandal-riddled Bill Brough and Duncan Hunter are going to need to be escorted out of their respective areas. The longer these radioactive candidates last as a political factor in their district – they will damage those around them. It is time for Patterson to break the leadership veil and call out the serial abuser/harasser Bill Brough.

You see, the “Orange Man’s” Ascension had a lot to do with Republican Leaders like these. His very existence exposes their moral bankruptcy. With few exceptions in the Republican Caucuses it is on display as our registration numbers plummet.

Duncan Hunter could Take Assemblyman Randy Voepel out with him. Brough’s AD-73 has pieces (or proximity to) three congressional districts, one is Michelle Park Steel, another is CA45 and the last is the feckless Bryan Maryott in CA49. All get affected by Bill Brough. It has been made clear to your intrepid blogger that our party chair is not in favor of keeping Bill Brough office any longer. Just Marie Waldron and Pat Bates stand in the way. The subject of Pat Bates’ intransigence is going to be looked at in a bit… and we again call on Marie Waldron to resign over the moral failure of protecting a monster like Bill Brough.

If you’ve been reading the Right on Daily Blog for any length of time, we are about dealing with corruption as much as we are about dismantling campaigns. The Story of Sean Doherty has to be told because the culture in Sacramento is completely out of control.

Some of what we’ve written is disturbing, including a graphic account of a sexual assault in the previous post.

Sean Doherty is now a registered lobbyist in Washington D.C. and is trying to reinvent himself there. See his filing here, the second filing is here and here is another filing.

It is time for Republican Leaders to Stop Making Political Calculations and Start Exercising Moral Judgement. Being Cowards will not get our Voter Registration to stop its’ free-fall in California. It is time to rid the GOP of monsters like Sean Doherty and “leaders” who are too weak to deal with people like Doherty and others that rampage and abuse people.

At the time of the writing of this post, I have now interviewed 7 former staffers that worked for Sean Doherty. Prior to 6 weeks ago, I had only spoken to one with direct employment history and several others in the building that had very low opinions of Doherty but no first-hand experience.

In addition to the stories about Sean Doherty’s temper and rampaging, are still other staffers telling about being punched more than once by Mr. Doherty. We are not talking about playful swipes, but punches that left red marks or small bruises. The punching of employees was in addition to throwing things at them in the office.

Other staffers that worked in the office with Doherty had the misfortune of seeing him snap photos up the skirts of female staffers when they were having to get to high reach areas in the very small office they were in. Remember, female staff were forbidden to wear pants in Sean Doherty’s office. I was specifically told about one intern that quit rather than comply despite Sean’s threats to use his connections and experience in the building to destroy anyone that did not comply with his demands.

Sean Doherty was so controlling and abusive that he even stuck one intern in the hallway outside the office at one point.

You are probably wondering how the legislator did not know what was happening? This is because Sean Doherty kept the legislator on a tight schedule with a lot of appearances and meetings. The legislator was rarely in his office and had little down time.

Sean Doherty was also able to keep staff from going to the Assembly Rules Committee because the rules committee had a reputation for covering up misconduct or giving out slaps on the wrist. In addition, Doherty claimed to have moles in the rules committee staff that would tell him who complained about him so he could retaliate against them. (Which he did attempt to do) Given that a legitimate complaint against Bill Brough for sexual battery was disposed of with minimal investigation in 2016, I can understand how staff felt trapped – especially with a monster like Sean Doherty threatening to have the connections to destroy them.

While Sean Doherty was engaging in abusive behavior against his employees, he was fond of bragging about how his own salary was near the top of the scale while the rest of the staff were basically being paid the minimum possible.

It is the complete package of abuse and psychotic control. Verbal abuse, sexual harassment in its’ purest form, sexual assault, physical assault, mental and emotional abuse – yet the Assembly Rules Committee took the easy way out and just fired Doherty rather than refer him for prosecution.

Then there is Sean Doherty literally selling legislation and amendments to lobbyists. He’d have loud phone calls in his office with lobbyists where the staff could hear him clearly. He’d give the lobbyist instructions on how to make out the check and where to send it to – then would order the applicable staff in to his office and instruct them to write up a bill or an amendment. Some bills that Sean Doherty had his legislator run were amended once a week as Doherty would play lobbyists off against each other. No one could tell me if Sean was putting money in his own pocket doing this, but they all figured he was.

When Trevor went to the Rules Committee and unloaded on Sean Doherty Jan of 2017, it did set off a chain of events with petrified staff.

One of the many abusive things Sean Doherty did was brag about having a ton of land and a ton of Ammo. “I can hide a body” he’d joke, when he wasn’t throwing staplers at people, talking graphically about sex, punching staff or manipulating lobbyists.

One staffer, whose voice was audibly cracking, told me that the day the feckless Assembly Rules Committee finally terminated Sean Doherty that the whole staff was paralyzed in fear. This is because they believed that Sean Doherty was going to make good on his threats of physical violence. The person I spoke with legitimately told me that they feared for their life. I could hear this young staffer reliving the trauma of not knowing what the Rules Committee was going to do, if anything.

Trevor and other staffers warned the Assembly Rules Committee in January 2017 that unless they had Sean Doherty Prosecuted for what he did that he’d sue the State. This is exactly what happened as in early 2018, timed specifically to damage his former boss, Sean Doherty started rumors that his former boss sexually assaulted a staffer. Then he followed with a wrongful termination lawsuit.

At the time, I was looking to use my blog to meet out retribution on anyone that supported Cap and Trade. When I got the story, I was preparing to write about it when I spoke to a former employee of Sean Doherty’s that warned me that Doherty was projecting his bad behavior and that the member did not do it. I investigated in early 2018 and determined that indeed it was Sean Doherty pushing the story. The now multiply traumatized female staffer (who I have not talked to, and who appears to be ignoring attempts from her fellow former co-workers to contact) may well have been sexually assaulted by Sean Doherty (not the member) in a manner similar to the story in the previous post. All the staff I spoke to believe that there are multiple victims of Sean Doherty’s sexual rampage, though I only spoke to one victim of sexual assault and multiple victims of sexual harassment.

About April of 2018, in a move timed to damage the member, Sean Doherty did indeed file a lawsuit. The Lawsuit is still pending. I was told by several people in the district that Sean was working closely with the Republican Primary Opponent who lost to the member who barely survived the primary.

The Republican Members in the State Legislature had to have known some of the details of the Sean Doherty story, yet they did little or nothing about it. It sure explains the saga continuing with other Republicans in office in 2019.

San Clemente Update: Jackson Hinkle’s OCDA Investigation For Abusing FireFighter Endorsement and OCGOP’s Stolen Valor Mailer on Behalf of Gene James

San Clemente is an insane asylum. The Voice of OC detailed how communist insurgent Jackson Hinkle is under investigation from the OCDA for abusing the Firefighter Endorsement.

Remember, Hinkle has a long history of extreme left win activism despite only being 20. I am not sure the OC Firefighters thought their endorsement through.

Your intrepid blogger is in receipt of documents from several other cities with their invites from the OC Firefighters and a cease and desist letter the OCFA was forced to send Jackson Hinkle after he broke the law:

Subsequently, the OC Sheriff’s dropped $10,000 in to Gene James. It appears that the Sheriff’s Deputies are equally as disturbed by Jackson Hinkle’s anti-cop rants and the abuse of goodwill.

We’ve hammered the OCGOP for their endorsement of the deeply flawed Gene James. Then, the OCGOP outdid themselves:

Note the medal they tout as part of Gene James’ military service. They had to know that Jackson Hinkle has top democrat operatives helping his campaign. Within a day of this independent expenditure dropping, Jackson Hinkle’s campaign had a copy of Gene James’ DD214 which was missing a reference to the claimed award. (The Legion of Merit)

The only conclusion I can draw is that the OCGOP and their vendor did not do due diligence on their mailer. There has to be some sort of record or website somewhere showing Gene James falsely claiming to have won that award, or that Gene James told people he did. Note – the mailer was not done by the Gene James campaign, so the near hysterical claims of Jackson Hinkle are less provable than Hinkle’s violation of the law with regard to the fire uniform.

It is also ironic that the cop-hating Jackson Hinkle suddenly becomes pro-military.

Gene James’ campaign response to the stolen valor issue was terrible, giving more credence to the fact that he may well have been the source of the erroneous information. The OCGOP failed a basic test of doing political communication… when extolling the virtues of a candidate you’d better have proof and be able to defend anything specific. The media and the left have a pattern of saddling up on one issue in order to invalidate everything in campaign communication. This happens while the media covers up multiple lies by the candidates of the left – or in the case of Katie Hill, attacks the people whose accurate reporting brought her down. This is the double-standard set up by a media and educational establishment that would make Josef Stalin proud.

Fred Whitaker and the OCGOP stepped on a rake yet again. Between their terrible and weak handling of the Bill Brough issue and now this stolen valor mailer – the leadership of the OCGOP should be purged and replaced.

Research indicates that less than 10% of her action is prosecution. (It is just enough for her to make the misleading claim that she is some sort of criminal prosecutor)

Kelly Ernby sues businesses for a living, period. She wants to bring her 16 years as a trail lawyer in to the assembly. I have a problem with that and you should too. I support Tort reform and it appears that she has had a field day lighting people up for all kinds of stuff.

If you’re frustrated over the “Whistleblowers” targeting the President – realize that Kelly Ernby used to be a go-to attorney for so-called whistleblowers. This is not a good look for the GOP at all.

It has been my experience over the years that 90+% of whistleblower complaints have been politically or personally motivated and are suspect at best. It has also been my experience that a ton of Government lawsuits targeting businesses get shredded or tossed.

Diane Dixon? Not only does she have #EMPTYERNBY buried in fundraising, endorsements and name ID – she is (drumroll) a seasoned business executive. Kelly Ernby would only recognize a business as a target.

Diane has been an active member on several philanthropic community-based boards of directors for nearly four decades, including United Way Orange County, YMCA, public television, USC Board of Councilors and Alumni Association, educational institutions, child service agencies, and health-related organizations.

During her 40-year business career, she spent 30 years as a senior executive at a Fortune 300 public company, where she was responsible for the company’s global communications, marketing communications, and corporate philanthropy. She managed the intersection of business and government, forging connections among business, government, communities and nonprofit organizations.

While Ernby has made a career as a trial lawyer suing businesses, she has never held office.

On the Heels of Failing in Her Rampage Mrs. #SMASHPATRIARCHY Theresa Landon Attempts to Re-Write History

This is typical of the extremes in both parties. When a rampage fails, move the goalposts in order to obfuscate failure.

Theresa Landon changed the narrative from her psychotic rampage as covered in the local media about being asked a question she did not like. KFBK, Channel 10, Channel 58 and other media outlets covered the issue. I saved screenshots from her own rantings including #SMASHPATRIMONY. Community leaders talked to me about the communications they had received.

However, because Paul Gallo, a member of the Placer GOP prepared a petition in case Rick Miller and Camille Maben managed to get the other two board members to appoint another leftist (like Mrs. Landon), Theresa Landon is now changing the narrative.

I’ve been told that Joe Landon and Theresa Landon go to Bayside Church. Beyond asking why they are part of a political party that seeks to exterminate the Church from the societal lexicon and is promiting boys dressed in drag setting world records in Women’s Athletics, I wonder what part of the Bible justifies a lie-infested rampage. Telling people when you are soliciting signature that the district is sexist is a lie – and her new narrative proves she was lying about sexism as she has pivoted off of her #EQUALITY #SMASHPATRIMONY rants from the beginning of her rampage. If sexism really mattered and was not being used in a typical leftist political smear job drill she’d have bemoaned how the district got away with mistreating her – not changing the narrative.

That said, she was open in her disdain for the Informed Parents of Rocklin. This likely means she agrees with teaching 4th graders about anal sex and handing out condoms to Freshmen in High School. Once again, I’d refer them both back to scripture asking what part of the Bible indicates that graphic sexual indoctrination and grooming of our children is ok.

The RUSD’s process was quite transparent. Transparency is another leftist trigger/buzzword. It is deployed anytime a leftist or their whores friends in the media want to go on a fishing expedition to prove conservatives guilty with no due process.

Like the psychotic leftist she has proven herself to be, nothing she did is her fault. She had a right to go on a rampage, lie about her intentions and when she failed blame the straw man group Informed Parents of Rocklin.

I will state this bluntly. Theresa Landon and her husband Joe Landon who I believe aided and abetted this rampage should be shunned by the community as what they did was wrong. Theresa Landon has disqualified herself from being viewed seriously as a candidate for anything and Mr. Joe Landon has torched the goodwill he has in the community.

A quick note for Theresa Landon about Libel (slander is spoken), the Landons would have to prove I was lying and knew I was lying when I lied in order to have a case. Worse, because Mrs. Landon got herself in the local media and filed an application for public office – they would also have to prove that I had reckless disregard for the truth. Good Luck. I’ve been blogging for 16 years and have never been sued once.

In case Theresa forgot what she wrote at the beginning of her rampage, your intrepid blogger has provided it here for a reminder. Stop lying Theresa, you got angry because you did not get something you felt entitled to, concocted faux outrage and once the drill failed changed the subject to blame a group of people you disagree with politically. I see your former Assemblymember mother trained you well.
