Ok – we have a rich knucklehead. Check.

We have a carnival freak-show. Check.

There is this guy Sam Teresi who is closely allied with Sell-Out Conservative Sup D4 incumbent Ron Briggs (Briggs went NIMBY/BANANA once in office). Briggs didn’t have the guts to toss out Ray Nutting and rumor has it that the throw it to the judge thing was his idea. Teresi wasted $125,000 of his families’ money in 2006 running against Ray Nutting. He is not a Dead Fish Member, so he may be a promising candidate for people looking for true representation. Another drawback for Teresi is his ties to the development community.

Dead Fish Financier Ken Steers may want to add to his portfolio of wholly-owned subsidiaries in office in El Dorado County. His investment in Vern Pierson appears to have returned handsome dividends beyond his apparently weak sentence for his DUI… he finally put a head of a political enemy on a stick.

However, someone like Steers craves control which is why his apparent selection of Sam Miller raises some eyebrows. Military guys have a great ballot designation, this is for sure. However, Military Guys can sometimes be extremely difficult candidates. Given that Miller is also eyeing a transition in to firefighting, you wonder how much time he will have to campaign.

But now we get in to the most likely of Dead Fish. There are two candidates whose candidacy rings as true and are as reliable as a Stanhope disaster.

Janet Saitman – Member of the Latrobe School District Board and a Board Member of the left-leaning charity Habitat for Humanity. She and her husband own a property management firm, a cousin of development – suggesting possible development community ties.

More disturbing is that she is close to the abusive Joe Harn as well as former D1 El Dorado Supervisor John Knight. This puts her smack in the fish wrapper. She is a likely first-round Dead Fish pick.

However, there is an even bigger Dead Fish swirling around the toilet bowl of El Dorado County Politics:

Rusty Dupray – Dupray is a prototypical Dead Fish Society member. Served two terms already in a different district with significant overlap to this current district.

Dupray recently retired with a massive government salary from SacMetro Fire. Who better to be a “Republican” denizen of big government than someone with a fat six-figure pension from government?

It get’s better – Dupray is good buddies with the Abusive Joe Harn and the Psychotic DA Vern Pierson.

Dupray may be enjoying the good life he lives at the expense of taxpayers too much to jump in to this mess. However, you can make bank that the Dead Fish Society wants him to step up in the worst way to run.

I am not anti-development in the slightest. I just know that they play heavy and they are non-partisan. Developers make business decisions including financing left-wing wacko Coco for EID board. Whomever the developers donate to is a clear indicator of who they think makes them the most money.

Whomever Psychotic DA Vern Pierson and abusive Auditor Jon Harn endorses is the person they think gives them even more control of the county.

It is a simple game, really – follow the Dead Fish.

The Dead Fish Society has a problem.

El Dorado County elections are like a free-for-all. Every Supervisor election attracts 8-10 candidates. So, why wouldn’t the recently opened Sup D2 Race be any different?

Dead Fish Society member Rodney Stanhope has returned to El Dorado County where he has found a wealthy benefactor who simply thinks Stanhope is “misunderstood”. (according to sources in El Do County)

Until the September election – it appears she will be helping the deadbeat dad make his child support payments to the mother of Child #8.

Rodney Stanhope successfully destroyed the campaigns of Anna Bryson (AD73) and Mike Owen. He also advocated for other candidates that fared poorly.

Clair (no e) McNeal is claiming she will spend $50k to $100k on her run for Supervisor. With a carnival train-wreck as a campaign operative she will simply help introduce more people in El Dorado County to Stanhope. (Here comes Storage Wars 2.0)

Maybe Mr. Pierson and Mr. Harn aren’t quite so happy they gave this guy new life after all. While Stanhope worked his drunken magic on Mike Owen, like a case of political venereal disease, he has spread.

As a side note – Stanhope has made claims that McNeal is going to bankroll his next campaign for Vice Chair of the California Republican Party, or even Chairman. Maybe Rodney will run for President in 2016… as the legends in his head grow, that seems to be next.

So, check Clair (no e) McNeal off of the list of viable candidates. She is reputedly a wealthy women with a foul personality that lives off of her hatred of Ray Nutting. She is a great candidate for induction in to the Dead Fish Society – but it appears she hates Harn and Pierson, too.

Clair (no e) McNeal’s political background is thin. She, like Stanhope’s current wife has received appointed political positions from Congressman Tom McClintock. Most recently, Clair (no e) was appointed to the El Dorado GOP Cent Com by McClintock.

Like many on Cent Coms, she was an agent of chaos and drama that contributed little. She was the lone delegate to the CA GOP from El Dorado County that supported Rodney Stanhope for CRP Vice Chair in 2012.

When Rodney Stanhope lost his race in epic fashion (881-227) to current CRP Vice Chair Harmeet Dhillon (the first Indian-American Women ever elected to that high a position in any State Party) – Clair (no e) McNeal quit the El Dorado Cent Com.

So, we can stick a fork in Clair (no e) McNeal. She is set to waste a bunch of her husband’s money whilst helping enable Mr. Stanhope. They may be perfect for each other – but not outside a sanitarium.

There are some other players that intrigue me a little more – it looks like Ken Steers, he of the recent slap-on-the-hand (was it a limp-wristed one? but, I digress) DUI conviction, appears to have a stooge he is going to bankroll.

There are other charter members of the dead fish society swirling around the toilet bowl as well…

For those of you just tuning in – A judge threw El Dorado Supervisor Ray Nutting out of office for misdemeanor convictions. The Judge was a 69-year old Deukmejian appointee with connections, but not strong connections to psychotic El Dorado County District Attorney Vern Pierson.

It would be easier if Nutting’s ouster was some sort of Judge-Shopping conspiracy by Vern Pierson.

But, it isn’t – it was an old-fashioned Small-County pissing match. Ray Nutting made himself vulnerable with his cavalier attitude toward doing his paperwork. Psychotic, vindictive El Do DA Vern Pierson caught him on it and hung a criminal case on it. Nutting’s continued lax attention to detail caused his ouster as he beat the original charges from Pierson, but got caught breaking the law whilst soliciting bail money.

However, the real news is that Vern Pierson’s stooges Deputy DA Clinchard and his Assistant really screwed up good. They went 1-10 in court. It was only the Hail-Mary Pass that fellow dead-fish society members on the board of supes threw to the judge that won the day for the Dead Fish Society.

How long will it be before Vern Pierson gets rid of Clinchard and his assistant? They failed. Vern Pierson loses sleep at night worrying about what people think of him, so you can make bank that the El Dorado light rail system is being prepared for them as I type this.

Meanwhile, Dead Fish Society President Vern Pierson successfully intimidated the very weak Judson Henry out of the race and coasted to re-election.

And Dead Fish Society Secretary Joe Harn also drubbed Mike Owen. Mike Owen is the individual I referred to as folding like a cheap lawn-chair.

Based on anecdotal accounts – it looks like the Dead Fish Society planted one of their operatives, Rodney Stanhope, in to Mike Owen’s Campaign. We have spent a lot of time detailing Rodney’s multiple brushes with the law, his unpaid child support and tax liens and his substance abuse (amongst other things) on this blog. It appears that since Stanhope is useful to the Dead Fish Society, that El Dorado DA Vern Pierson is content to let Rodney continue on as a free man. That is the only conclusion that seems to make sense to this blogger.

Rodney Stanhope made sure that the primary opponents of Joe Harn in El-Dorado County were isolated from Mike Owen. He also bungled events, disappeared for days on end, alienated people and basically did the opposite of everything you would do if you were running a real campaign.

Mike Owen’s excuse for not hiring better help was the recently dismissed and clearly politically-motivated lawsuit against Dan Dellinger and Cris Alarcon. Remember the story about the convicted sex-offender whose boyfriend ended up on the grand jury? Then Vern Pierson used that grand jury report as the basis for his suit?

If Pierson wasn’t psycho – he’d have made Ray Nutting the focus of all his energy. However, he had to live up to his butch haircut and go for all the gusto.

It is because of this stupidity that team Nutting will live to fight another day. The people at large in El Dorado County know that this was a political lynching.

Had Harn and Pierson had any political sense – they would be positioned right now to instill the new dead fish order on the entire county.

Vern Pierson thought he had a plan – “till he got punched in da fathe”. (and used Clinchard and his assistant instead of doing the job himself)

So now, the dead fish society has a special election to contend with and two political consultants with tremendous ties, influence and a renewed sense of purpose to contend with. Should Pierson attempt to take a second run at either Dellinger or Alarcon, it will be impossible and likely moved to another county.

In a sense, Pierson’s hands are largely tied – which leads us to the special election to replace Ray Nutting.

What will Joe Harn and Vern Pierson do? Who does the dead fish society recruit? Will they spread out amongst multiple candidates?

There is so much for Vern Pierson to attempt to control, it must be driving him to split bottles with Rodney.

In Placer County, there was a whopping one competitive race in June. Placer Sup D2.

While Big Daddy Jack Duran got a free pass re-election in a 48% Republican Sup District, Republican Robert Weygandt drew a freaked out liberal opponent. The Fact that Big Daddy Jack Duran got a free pass with no Republican opponent is infuriating.

Nevertheless – Many of you remember Reginald Bronner (aka Regy) as the guy who could not make the runoff in the Pugno vs Mrs. Gaines saga in 2012.

Bronner sent out a whiny email where he accused Placer County of being enriched by special interests. (That is liberal speak for business owners and people that pay taxes)

Placer County must really piss liberals off – maybe this is why Big Daddy Jack Duran is playing his cards so close to his chest for his anticipated Assembly Run in 2016. What a trophy it would be for a Union-Made Trojan horse like Duran to slip in to the Assembly?

But I digress.

“Regy” goes on to write this paragraph in his “I-just-got-my-ass-kicked-so-I-have-to-cheer-up-the-troops”, email:

My campaign manager Cres Vellucci was media savvy, easy to work with and offered great advice. Allan Brauer did a whale of a job with our website and social media and has stuck with me over two races now. Both of these men are as good as it gets. Truly winners.

So – it looks like Bronner scraped the bottom of the solid waste treatment facility in Lincoln for his campaign staff.

While he ends his email with a hollow, yet professional well wish to Mr. Weygandt, I can’t help but juxtapose this with the losers he hired for his campaign:

Cres Vellucci (Regy’s Campaign Manager) is so far left – he is identified with the Occupy movement and the Green Party. It must have driven that fool insane to be in Placer County. Cres was arrested in connection with his efforts in the occupy movement – it is unsure if he defecated on the American Flag like a lot of his cohorts.

Allan Brauer (Regy’s Communications fool) is no slouch either. Brauer is the former communications chair for the Sacramento Democrats who was forced to resign after wishing that Ted Cruz staffer Amanda Carpenter’s kids would “die from debilitating, painful and incurable diseases.”

In case you haven’t had enough of Allan Brauer – here is some more of his finest.

All this goes to show that Reginald Bronner really is an idiot – or he is so far to the left that he is immune to the stupidity that he surrounded himself with.

Nevertheless – Robert Weygandt crushed Bronner by nearly 50 points.

Then I re-read Bronner’s email again – he suggested that his annihilation was due to low turnout.

Bronner is a a moron, too.  #facepalm

(Could you imagine how screwed Placer County would be if he won?)
