Lt Loren Tyler Clark is a jerk. At least that is what I think of him and based on accounts your intrepid blogger has assembled about him, everyone else will also.
An un-named deputy at Moreno Valley Station was commenting on a political article on Facebook and an extreme left-wing rainbow warrior (CUE Desert Scum with faux outrage) decided to file a complaint over it. Loren Tyler Clark immediately pronounced said deputy guilty and sent out an email with the following document attached:

If you take 10 minutes out of your life that you will never get back, you will see that in addition to being a complete abusive jerk, that Loren Tyler Clark is also an idiot.
The document conflates 4 legal cases, 2 of which are so poorly written they are never cited as complete precedent. The cases are also about supervisory level employees and/or racism. Commenting about government waste, guns, etc is far from any of this. The DEPUTY, (repeat the word DEPUTY as many times as is necessary Loren) is not a supervisory level employee.
This is the Facebook profile of the complainer. He is from San Francisco, a Bernie Supporter and he is as Gay as Kurly.
Perhaps the abusive idiot Loren Tyler Clark has been reading the handful of extreme left wing professional outrage blogs ignoring Kurly’s malfeasance instead focusing only on his gayness. Perhaps Lt. Clark still thinks Moreno Valley Station is being run by Kurly and assuming the Straight Guy is in the wrong is still the S.O.P?
Or, how about considering that the blame-the-employee-first culture is indeed one of the nightmares that SHERIFF (repeat this as many times as necessary Loren) Chad Bianco is going to have to fix. Given that there are morons like Loren Tyler Clark all over the department courtesy of the now deposed tyrant Stanley, Chad Bianco has a nightmare to deal with.
Walking Kurly out for gross violations of policy and ethics was a start. Replacing idiots like Loren Tyler Clark who have civil service protections is going to take a while. If it was me, I’d visit the Riverside Zoo an arrange for a straight across trade from the Jungle exhibit.
P.S. Acting Station Captain Lelevier, here is an opportunity to decisive action to alter the culture Stan Sniff and Kurly have created. It looks like Lt. Clark needs some training…

The best example was when deputies were pinned down in a gun fight calling for help on soboba and he was so scared he went over the radio, as a sergeant, to order deputies to not respond.
It took another Sgt with guts to override it, and he just got new captain bars the other day… so it appears the new Sheriff is off to a good start.
Clark and his 2 years on patrol in hemet (when it was still a retirement community, not a hell hole) can kiss my ass.

Hey Done Wrong, were you “Done Wrong” when you took your personal vehicle through the county car wash. That was fraud. You had to type in a unit number and mileage to get the car wash to start. How about the unauthorized pursuit you initiated and subsequently ran over the motorcyclist, causing severe injury and the county a lot of money? You were a lazy POS and no one liked being your beat partner. You were finally fired for an off duty road rage, where you 417’ed an off duty CHP and you have the freaking nerve to say you were “Done Wrong”. I’m sure if the new Sheriff has your case reviewed, you will remain terminated.
Tyler Clark with only 2 years on patrol in Hemet; and about 8 months as a Detective in Cabazon and he is considered Lt. material, unbelievable. He should never have been promoted, he has no conscience, or remorse in ruining a deputy’s life under the guise of “accountability.” He never did anything in his career, other than work Internal Affairs, where he got the taste for blood, and learned under the Sniff regime that the fastest way to promote is by destroying a staff member’s reputation with a PERS, and keeping them from getting promoted. And he has even bragged about how he has no problem sleeping at night as a deputy is looking at termination for some minor offense. Tyler Clark would tell on anyone, as long as it makes him look good in the eyes of administration. Tyler Clark was promoted way beyond his capabilities, and it shows as he exhibits no leadership, only contempt for others in his pursuit to advance his career. He has even has gone so far as to state that he don’t believe that staff members should have take home county vehicles (which alienated Lt’s and Captains). We can only hope that Chad allows Tyler Clark to leave when the time comes because we will be better off in Mo Val when he goes the way of Kurly.

Changing the mileage on any unit has a causal effect. As you all know, the current mileage you enter has to exceed the past entry. It cannot be the same or less. When someone enters a bogus mileage, it leaves the current user to guess at the correct current mileage so that it exceeds the past entry. It used to piss me off to no end when I would enter the present mileage on a unit, only to have the meter tell me that it was incorrect. I would then have to call the services department to have the pump reset to the current mileage. While it might seem as “not a big deal” to some, using the county’s water, soap and electric on a privately owned car, is theft of services and fraud. Nothing less. While by itself those transgressions may not be grounds for termination, they may indicate a lack of ethics and honesty, both of which are non-negotiable in this business.

2PC40, it is obvious you have no idea who you are accusing, and bet you were a lame deputy that was only considered a “C” player that never went beyond the same abilities as a CSO, but making Deputy pay. @done wrong was an outstanding deputy, and was one of the best cops, and detectives I had the honor to work with. And I still believe he was a better detective than Salisbury.
He knew his beat, knew who all the bad guys were and made more arrests and solved more cases that a lot of the managers in the Department. Kent Werges cost the Department over $500,000, Aaron Kent cheated on the promotion test, Zach Hall “owned” the mat room at the Academy, Christian Dekker and Nathan Kaas billed the county for all kinds of overtime while sitting in their offices, Kevin Smith plays rack and tap in his office and what Bob Epps did was criminal, yet you accuse @done wrong of getting a car wash, if your going to “throw the rata down” then you need to make sure it’s something more worthy than a car wash.
Like Stan Sniff using the “flying while armed”’program to avoid the lines when he would fly up to Sacramento. And the punk sergeant that accused him is not believable, and there are staff members that have said they would believe @done wrong than that questionable Sgt. You have intentionally soiled the name of a good man, and is owed an apology. Your no better than that punk Sgt. @done wrong can be my beat partner any day of the week.
People need to be careful of their comments and what they say because Tyler Clark and Mark Bostrom are looking to file criminally on staff members. I am not justifying the car wash incident if it is true, but they are looking at filing a “theft of time” case and will use any excuse to file on a staff member, and will use these comments to screw a deputy over.

Aaron Kent did his homework for his college degree while on-duty. But there is a question whether Al Campa did the same thing. But they were favorites, so nothing will happen to them. And rumor has it that Ray Wood did his homework while on-duty. But nothing will be done (as usual).
2PC40 misidentified me as the person who did all the actions in his post Hell I spent more money for events at the station than most others combined. So no I sure didn’t do the things mentioned in the post especially a carwash. Should 2PC40 correct it, sure it will say a lot about who he is. 2PC40 sounds a lot like that piece of crap Perris Sgt. that is trying to justify his juvenile actions. He was mediocre in his patrol career, and a lot of the SWAT dogs do not consider him a “real” SWAT operator (anybody that stands on the hood of a patrol unit to shoot at an on-coming car needs a psych eval.). @done wrong was a better deputy and investigator than he ever was. And for PK and the second floor at the time to give his complaint any merit only goes to show what village idiots they were. So @done wrong, at least you can hold your head up high with dignity, but not that Perris Sgt. And I would believe you before I would believe that whiny individual that had his alleged feelings hurt. But nothing will be done because to do so would open up the county to civil actions, and all the BOS cares about is how much money they can save, at the expense of good people like you @done wrong. And don’t expect the DA to do anything either.

2PC49 that Sgt was just a pawn for the 2nd floor along with Perris Administration 2014. Two scumbag Lt’s were begging him to get a TRO against me during their interview with him. They must have asked him half a dozen times, punks, I hope that happens to their kids one day.The Sgt declined saying he was taking the high road. No, it would mean going to court under penalty of perjury and lying so he declined. I forcefully told Chief Knudson that it was all a lie and she said, “Well somebody didn’t like what you said.” That would me be me telling my Capt. that S/Sniff was corrupt. I wrote about this in a letter to the 2nd floor. She retired soon after, wondering if S/Sniff gave her the boot for implicating his scumbag ass in the conspiracy. A lot of people involved claim to be Christians and God fearing people, what a joke. My RSA legal representation was a joke it was all about NORA. During my interview I was yelling my innocence banging on the table. My attorney stopped the interview several times and took me outside. His advice; stop doing what I was doing,,,,,,I disregarded his advice. I would recommend anyone who gets this kind of advice from their supposed advocate get a second opinion. I think RSA leadership along with their legislative component should get a law passed where if you voluntarily, get forced to, retire, you can still sue your employee for wrong doings. I believe some day I’ll have my day.

I can see the fallout from 2PC40’s incorrect post if it travels around the department; Retired Inv Done Wrong crashed into a motorcyclist, stole the motorcycle, kidnapped four off duty CHP officers at gunpoint and is holding them hostage in a county carwash. That’s RSD as I lived it for 31 years. Sick environment. Like one Lt told me , “The sicker it gets the funnier it is.”

Some were good friends who got caught up in that S/Sniff bullshit dictatorship. I’ll confront them face to face automatically. In fact I saw one walking across a parking lot last week. When he saw me he just put his head down and wouldn’t look at me. He is ashamed for what he did. But to name on blog where people can misidentify them is punk. I never had an issue with those involved until S/Sniff corrupted their souls. My message is getting to where I want it to get. Hope u understand.
