Dear SB277 Opponents: Tim Donnelly and Lauren Stephens Killed the Movement

I have talked to a ton of people. We have tried to get an initiative together.

Many good people I know are not passionate about the vaccination issue. I was not either until I started meeting the people that Tim Donnelly and Lauren Stephens screwed over. Then I got mad.

Then I investigated and found out that my local GOP reps once again failed to lead on this issue – Ted and Beth Gaines have a vaccine-injured child. They did nothing, I was told that Beth attempted to speak up in a committee, but Ted did nothing. Zip. Zero. Nada.

Then I investigated personally and realized that 75% or more of vaccinations are full of garbage and many people have adverse reactions to them… and now they are forced by law to have that poison injected in to their veins.

While Kevin DeLeon took it upon himself to gut committees to make sure he took care of his leadership vote (Richard Pan), the Republicans could have been out messaging on this issue. They did not do anywhere enough as a few press releases were the extent of it.

Enter the alleged donors to an effort to overturn. They convinced themselves that the bill would die in the senate. DeLeon made sure it did not, because it was all about him asserting his leadership.

Then the donors convinced themselves the bill would die in the Assembly. Nope.

Then the donors convinced themselves that they could get Jerry Brown to veto the bill – he quick-signed it in order to make a referendum even more difficult.

The rest is history, the crazed sociopath known as Lauren Stephens drove to so cal, and got the narcissist Tim Donnelly involved apparently with a promise of money for his radio show (which Donnelly did admit getting)… and the ill-fated referendum was born.

It failed. Spectacularly. Now there are investigations going on in to the scam.

The real damage is that Tim Donnelly’s involvement made everyone anywhere close to government scram. I had legislators on the line to support an effort. Not now, not ever… because Tim Donnelly’s name was on everything.

Lauren Stephens is off on some half-baked recall attempt against Jerry Brown…

… while we were trying to rehabilitate an effort against SB277.

The problem is that the excuses from the donors changed. Were they ever serious? If they were – then Tim Donnelly and Lauren Stephens killed the effort forever.

The donors pivoted to a lawsuit, and then claimed they realized they could not sue. If they had read SB277, they would realize that illegal immigrants and homeless people were exempted. This would be a perfect basis to sue, this means they have not read the bill.

There was permanent damage – those in office want nothing to do with anything SB277. The mere word is toxic.

I saw the anguish of the women who never understood how Lauren Stephens lied to them during the effort. Some still do not comprehend how Tim Donnelly lied to them. What we see today is Tim Donnelly’s narcissism on display as he continues to spin every way he can to avoid an apology, while the sociopath Stephens has tried to throw him and others under the bus to save herself.

Let me apologize to the women who fear for their children’s safety. We tried to help you. We tried to warn you. I am sorry that I can’t fix this… Just make sure you inform people so Tim Donnelly and Lauren Stephens can’t hurt anyone else.

Lauren Stephens filed the referendum based on a paranoid conspiracy she created in her head. She lied repeatedly and used people. She broke people’s hearts and got Tim Donnelly involved because Donnelly has tax liens, bankruptcies and owes people money.

Donnelly got money to keep his failing radio show on the air for a while longer while the SB277 Referendum failed miserably. While Tim is too broken of a person to even apologize or be honest with himself about what he did – Lauren Stephens does not care one bit.

She’s off to her next scam.

SB277 Update – the Sad, Shrinking World of Lauren Stephens

12083811_10206553532829152_1740054406_nLauren Stephens started the SB277 Referendum failure borne out of a paranoid fantasy.
It appears that Tim Donnelly agreed to get involved as he saw opportunities for promotion of his failing radio show and a chance to make a few bucks.
Then along came a bunch of Moms who were both worried and angry that their rights got trampled again by the socialist empire in Sacramento.
Now that Lauren Stephens is being caught in her own lies – she is attempting to create a paper trail after the fact in an attempt to leave Tim Donnelly holding the bag.
The embedded screenshot of Lauren Stephens facebook page from this morning shows a complete lack of remorse. She has told multiple people multiple stories – lending credence to people’s opinion that she is a sociopath.
Donnelly, for his part is remiss to admit fault or apologize, rather is sending out a string of emails and posts whining for sympathy. Tim Donnelly will allow Lauren Stephens to take him down with her.
In addition – Lauren Stephens is the treasurer for the SB277 campaign, so her below rant implicates herself when she thinks somehow that she will be able to pin the FPPC fines on Donnelly. Lauren is personally liable for the lie about the $150k check and the multiple anonymous $5k donations in to the gofundme account. She has basically handed the FPPC the evidence they need to fine her in this email. This is what happens when you are a sociopath, you feel no empathy or remorse at all.
In addition, Lauren also attempts to re-lie about the FedEx boxes. She told multiple people she had the airbills, yet below attempts to change the narrative by throwing yet another well-meaning volunteer under the bus.
On one hand I feel sorry for Tim Donnelly, but then I see his utter and complete lack of ability to apologize and come clean. This will destroy Tim Donnelly, because he finally met his match in Lauren Stephens.
Meantime, will the mothers of California be able to seek redress?
Tim,

I am writing to inform you that I am in possession of screenshots and emails of Noelle Foster and others instructing each other to file legal complaints about me and to lie and say that they gave boxes of petitions to me and to leave others that were in the chain, out of the chain.

In one of those messages, it said to (fraudulently) claim that boxes of petitions went from Janine Kloss to me. I have never met Janine Kloss in my life and I never transported anything on her behalf. If Janine is in on this criminal behavior, then she should expect to be held accountable for this along with the others. If Janine is not involved in this, she should at least be alerted to it. I believe she was one of the recipients of these messages, yet here we are days later – and as far as I know, she has said nothing about this.

Isn’t she planning on running for office?

As you are aware, my involvement in the transport of petitions was minimal, however, you have consistently failed to communicate that to others.

Very shameful.

Additionally, in the messages, it stated that one of the Sacramento coordinators was told by the Sac elections clerk that someone had ALREADY TURNED IN two boxes of petitions, which as a result, would be disqualified. There are the alleged missing petitions right there.

And, if things couldn’t get any worse…

I have evidence that Jen Colleen was, in fact, well aware that when she shipped the fedex boxes late Sunday, they would not arrive any earlier than Tuesday. I have repeatedly requested the fedex receipts and airbills from her to prove otherwise. She refuses to do so. Her claims that *some arrived and some didn’t* is, obviously, a lie since it was not at all possible that ANY of them arrived on Monday. I asked her to provide me with the county name(s) and tracking number(s) of the counties that were shipped on Sunday, that arrived Monday. I am still waiting.

I am going to give YOU the opportunity to communicate these facts to the public and the media in a timely manner. In absence of that, I will handle it myself. I hope I don’t have to be the one to do it, but if I must bring facts, along with the appropriate evidence, to light in order to clear my name, make no mistake about it – I absolutely will. Without hesitation.

I understand that you and your harem are extremely upset that I quickly moved on to another initiative (as if it is any of your business in the first place), but here we are once again and all of you are on the wrong side of things. A great number of people are mindful of what is going on here, and they don’t like it. I have many more supporters of significance than you realize. They will stand up against this if needed. Must it really come to that?

One last thing, as you know, I am painfully aware that your committee has failed to file the required campaign finance reports with the state in regards to the $5,000.00+ donations, as well as the $150,000 donation. I sent you an email regarding this on September 24th, which went unanswered. Consider this to be the last reminder I will send.

I would kindly suggest that you immediately end this public pissing match, man up and get your people under control. It is painfully obvious they are not well equipped enough to take me on.

Lauren Stephens

If the mothers of California want to see SB277 overturned, they need to make sure that Lauren Stephens fries and that Tim Donnelly is separated from any future efforts – from anything.

Lauren Stephens knew two things. 1. That the SB277 Referendum was going to fail and 2. That people were preparing an initiative.

12000107_10154267291794966_53504662_nAs written on this blog previously, Laruen Stephens attempted to leave Tim Donnelly holding the bag. After being exposed for her attempt to leave the referendum campaign, in an apparent attempt to save face, she continued on despite a team meeting where her departure had been announced. Her attempt to depart the referendum was on or about August 17th.

Your intrepid blogger has discovered that Lauren Stephens whose business is “KingdomX” (Perhaps her megalomania speaking there) is clearly the owner of the domain. The Domain was purchased on August 26th, 2015 – a clear sign of premeditation on her part. I can write with certainty that when Stephens was announcing her departure on the conference call on 8/24, she was already preparing her next move… while lying to the hard-working volunteers on the effort.

As blogged earlier today, on Wednesday 9/23, Lauren Stephens filed her initiative. I have been told by a confidential source that Lauren Stephens was clear with people that she did this to f— the group of financiers that were working on an initiative. Should Donnelly for some insane reason follow Lauren in to the effort, there will be limited funding at best as Donnelly’s toxicity limits the appeal of anything that falls under the shadow of his narcissism. (The SB277 referendum was known as the Tim Donnelly referendum and from where I sat watching, the kids and forced vaccinations were ancillary) Lauren Stephens appears to be preparing another scam at the expense of California’s parents, attempting to deny them a chance to reclaim lost rights from the central planners in Sacramento.

Lauren Stephens by her own admission filed the SB277 Referendum borne out of her visceral hatred for Republican electeds… and is doubling down in an apparent effort to assuage the voices in her head over some sort of evil conspiracy by a group of concerned wealthy parents that think vaccines are full of deadly chemicals.

12011389_482340431943879_6736404731245336954_nSometimes when I write these posts, I have to stop and admire the absurdity. It helps me when I want to put my hand through the computer.

I think of the parents who live in fear of big pharma and all the horrible un-pronounceable compounds being forced in to the veins of their children as a condition of enrollment in government schools where they are brainwashed.

Then reality sets in. Our schools and education system are indeed perverted – but so is this effort by Tim Donnelly and Lauren Stephens.

I have openly questioned the legality of raising money on gofundme for an initiative – my reading of FPPC rules says it is illegal because you can not track the donors etc etc etc for the report. They have claimed a $150k donation and claimed to be paying volunteers awards for production – the $150k was never reported within 24 hours suggesting this was a lie to motivate people or Tim Donnelly / Lauren Stephens owe the FPPC a $5k fine (or more).

Then there is this – look at this screenshot from the SB277 group. They have advocated using non-citizens for their drive in past threads (oh the irony with the former minuteman and border hawk Tim Donnelly who failed to qualify a referendum against the DREAM Act) but are now advocating falsifying circulation data. This is indeed a felony. BTW – it is also a clear indicator that Tim Donnelly and Lauren Stephens are incompetent and have poorly trained volunteers despite the paranoia and control Lauren exerted over the petitions.

Speaking of Felonies – what will happen with the $171k raised off of the go fund me account? How much of this will go in to Tim Donnelly’s Pocket? Or go to pay for his radio show under the guise of advertising? Were the paid signature gatherers being required to kick back a portion of the $1 or $2 per signature to Donnelly?

It may well be that the crazed Stephens is filing the initiative for her own personal profit, in addition to the revenge that the voices in her head are telling her to take.

Fortunately, Lauren Stephens is not a Republican, so when the media finally does their job and reports this scam… at least the GOP won’t suffer further embarrassment than Tim Donnelly has already brought us.

12039653_10208015553054515_4217941490047027148_nLauren Stephens got caught. She got Tim Donnelly involved and then Mr. Donnelly went for broke.

Now, with the 9/28 deadline for the failure of the referendum approaching, Lauren has filed an initiative. You do not do this if you are winning or are expecting to qualify your referendum.

Several Questions need to be answered… where did the $150k donor they claimed go to?Capture

What happened to the $170k that was raised off of the gofundme account?

12059751_10208008392155497_964478902_o

For the last two weeks – we have been treated to staged pictures of bank boxes reputed to be full, but in the reports of people on the ground were not. Many petitions had only one signature on them, etc.

For the last month, more emails, more social media posts, more spin about how close they were to qualifying… and now this.

They even upped the pay per signature to $2, as they started paying for signatures at $1 a piece a few weeks ago. There is little evidence that more than a few people attempted to earn some money in this manner.

You can see from the screenshots that Tim Donnelly is front and center in this effort. Does he know that Lauren Stephens went and filed the initiative on 9/23 – three days ago and five days before the deadline for the referendum?

IN early September – the natives started getting restless.

Only July 2nd, we predicted the failure of this effort due to the motives of Ms. Stephens.

Beware – because an initiative is now coming your way.

There is a gofundme page that claims over $100k raised toward the SB 277 effort. This is money raised too late in the effort to have any effect on qualifying it. I anticipate that money going in to Tim Donnelly’s pocket to prop up his failing radio show and to pay off some of the myriad bills he is reputed to have.

Someone in the anti-vax effort has been posting this message and Donnelly and crew have been systematically getting group admins to pull this post:

Mr. Donnelly,

I am sending you this email because of the fact that you have sponsored numerous petition drives to qualify issues for the ballot, but you have not gotten enough signatures to qualify an issue even once. I am also sending you this email because, if you again fail to obtain the required number of signatures for this SB 277 referendum, you have compiled a data base of people most likely to be in violation of the new SB 277 law. Have you provided a means by which people can remove themselves from your data base? Have you taken measures to safeguard your data from getting into the hands of Big Pharma or others who might want to target people likely to be in violation of this new SB 277 law? In order for people to collect signatures for this SB 277 referendum, you required that they provide you with a lot of information about themselves; information that is not legally required for people to participate in the legal, constitutionally-protected political right to collect signatures. The only requirement needed for collecting signatures is that they be at least 18 years of age and a US citizen. Your actions have had very little to do with the collection of the signatures, and most everything to do with building data on people and soliciting contributions. Is it legal/ethical for you to manipulate the initiative process for your own personal gain in this manner? I think perhaps not. If you had been focusing on collecting signatures rather than collecting contributions, you probably would have been able to qualify most, if not all, of the petitions that you have sponsored.

As far as SB 277 is concerned, you have been collecting contributions since filing the referendum; probably even before filing it. But you have just recently started raising money specifically to pay for circulating the petition and collecting signatures. You filed the referendum petition the very next day after SB 277 was signed into law. But you started raising money to pay petition circulators with less than four weeks left to collect the signatures; leaving less than three weeks of actual paid signature collection. You have enough experience, with your numerous failures, to know that paid petition circulators are needed if you wanted to qualify the referendum with enough signatures. Even with use of paid circulators, you have failed to qualify previous issues for the ballot. So why did you wait until the last minute with this one? The proper way to do it would be to first raise money needed for collecting signatures. THEN filing the petition once some or all of the funds are in place.

HOWEVER, if the pharmaceutical industry wanted to derail this referendum, the classic way to do it would be to pay a person to immediately file the referendum (thereby blocking anyone else from filing it) then intentionally fail to qualify the referendum. The fact that you filed the petition immediately after the law was signed, shows that you were prepared to beat anyone else in filing it. But you did not have any money put up or even start getting money for signatures until way too late to collect enough signatures. I was told by people in the industry, more than a month ago with two full months left to get the signatures, that it was already too late to get the signatures needed to qualify this referendum. Also, if a person pays for signatures early in a campaign, it is usually much more affordable than waiting until late in the campaign. Circulators normally get paid about a dollar per signature when a petition first comes out. Late in a campaign, circulators often are paid $3 and upward per signature. You have done this before. This is not new information for you. While your words say one thing, your actions seem to clearly say that you are working for the pharmaceutical industry. This is the only way that your actions make any sense.

You know perfectly well, that at this point, it is far too late to collect enough signatures to qualify this referendum for the ballot. At this point, if you want to salvage any credibility at all, the proper thing to do would be to withdraw the petition before the ninety days to collect the signatures expire. This is something you can do. Then later you or someone else can re-file the petition when the funds and the right intent are both present. Mr. Donnelly, I know that Big Pharma has lots of money. But right now is not the right time to take any of it. A lot of people have trusted you with this issue. It is a very important issue for many. Do the right thing. Withdraw and give us another day to fight the issue properly. Please also consider immediately destroying the data base of information on people that you unethically/illegally, acquired.

There are way too many con artists in politics. Tim Donnelly hijacked the SB277 referendum along with Lauren Stephens. He is attempting to cash in to the bitter end – the unsuspecting and well meaning masses that they conned are awake to what has been done.
