As the Demons of Stan Sniff are Exercised, Federal Courts Slam the Corrupt Sheriff and More Rats Retire

Remember Jason Huskey? He was the feckless incompetent captain of the Palm Desert Station. He’s gone. Retired.

Huskey was an out in the open and aggressive supporter of the corrupt former Sheriff of Riverside County Stan Sniff. I ripped on him several times for his incompetence and mistreatment of his men. Now Sgt. Geronimo Contrares and Sgt. Robert “Selfie” Garcia are left without a keeper. It is alleged that both of these Sgt’s have caused lawsuits against the Sheriff’s department with their conduct.

I keep telling people that the process of clearing out the bad apples will happen one at a time as the brain drain has been so severe the pool of people available to promote is thin.

Make sure, dear readers that you hold our new Sheriff Bianco accountable for restoring the integrity of the department, restoring service, institution of transparency, restoring morale, restoring staffing levels, fixing and replacing broken equipment, spending money appropriately, working with other departments, staffing the jails and the like. (what a list…)

Jason Huskey and others paid with their jobs because they whored out their integrity to tow the line for a corrupt sheriff. (I’ve written over 200 blogs about the Riverside Sheriff’s Department and as such, I believe Sniff and his minions to be ethically challenged at best and corrupt felons at worst).

Jurupa Valley, Lake Elsinore, and Perris are showing new captains. Palm Desert will have a replacement for the feckless Jason Huskey shortly and Moreno Valley’s Captain Dave “Kurly” Kurylowicz is on administrative leave and is likely being investigated for a variety of malfeasance, in particular dishonesty which is the end of a career in law enforcement.

Near the end of the campaign in 2018, the Firearms Policy Coalition and a couple other groups sued the Corrupt Sheriff over his CCW practices. At the time, people like H Paul Payne, the corrupt and psychotic NRA Representative in California (again, my opinion of him based on my observations) and the ineffective clods in the California Rifle and Pistol Association assailed those filing the lawsuits as second rate gun groups.

Anyone reading the news these days will see that Wayne LaPerriere (who H Paul Payne is a butt boy of) and crew are attempting a coup to retake total control of the NRA. I stopped giving the NRA money 10 years ago.

LOS ANGELES –-(Ammoland.com)- Today, plaintiffs in a federal lawsuit filed last fall announced that Senior United States District Judge Dean D. Pregerson entered an order permanently enjoining Riverside County, California from having a policy and practice of preventing legal U.S. residents from exercising their right to apply for a carry license in Van Nieuwenhuyzen, et al. v. Riverside, CA Sheriff Stanley Sniff, et al. A copy of the court filings can be viewed at www.firearmspolicy.org/legal.

Since the NRA in California is basically controlled by the Corrupt H Paul Payne, Sniff got away with these illegal practices and was covered for by the NRA and the CRPA (and other fake coin-operated Gun Rights Groups). Now H Paul Payne, the CRPA and others are humiliated as the “second rate” gun group got a swift and decisive federal injunction in about 7 months.

The corruption and malfeasance of the Sniff regime is being stripped away a piece at a time. This series on the Riverside Sheriff’s Department will continue as long as needed. People like H Paul Payne, Jason Huskey and others will continue to be targeted as long as it takes to clean out the cesspool in Riverside County.

P.S. I am also being told that Sabrina Cervantes, the openly gay and vicious Assmeblyman from AD60 is retaliating against everyone that supported Billy Essayli. She may think AD60 is getting more democrat, and she may think President Trump will be easy to run against in 2020… but she is going to get her face kicked in politically in 2020 because revenge is not profitable. Sniff paid with his job and was utterly and completely destroyed, perhaps the same will happen to others in Riverside County.

Yup. It is apparently a time-honored tradition.

Jamie Hurtado and others within Marion Ashley’s Office are getting spread around the county. While I have no direct knowledge, it appears that the same is true with John Taviglione’s Staff as well.

A specific named mentioned to me is a County Administrative Staffer, Jeff Van Wagenen who used to work in the Zellerbach Regime before the scandal-ridden Zellerbach was unseated by the doveish Mike Hestrin.

Apparently Van Wagenen wants to become the next County Administrator and has been tasked by the County Board of Supervisors with finding homes for Stan Sniff’s management staff who are under the age of 50.

Chief Undertaker DiYoyo has retired as has Assistant Sheriff Joseph Cleary. Lyndon Raymond “the Executioner” Wood is done on 12/26/2018 according to sources.

As we wrote previously, Stan Sniff attempted to get Assistant Sheriff Kevin Vest appointed Sheriff so he could leave office early. On that note the Board of Supervisors actually told the Sheriff no.

However, your intrepid blogger has learned that the aforementioned Jeff Van Wagenen has been seen palling around with Kevin Vest. Kevin Vest is a reputed computer nerd and geek. It has been put to your intrepid blogger that Vest wants the Riverside County IT department job. (At least a senior position in the department)

The word is that the County CEO and Jeff Van Wagenen want to control the flow of information between the DA’s office and the Sheriff’s Office. This means that non-sworn people would be seeing confidential information and investigative information that is out of the public eye. In essence, it would set Kevin Vest up in a position where he could leak and review potentially damaging information on a wide range of people.

If you have been following the news, you know that the FBI, the DOJ and the Obama administration conspired to conceal exculpatory evidence from judges in the cases against Trump admin figures. You also know that they lied to a court to get a warrant and the Obama admin leaked a ton of information in an attempt to de-stabilize the Trump administration.

Imagine putting Kevin Vest in a position where he could do the same to Chad Bianco and his administration?

Jeff Van Wagenen is reputed to be kissing up to Chad Bianco while it sure looks like he is doing the bidding of the outgoing supervisors to sabotage him.

Van Wagenen is reputedly responsible for placing Assistant Sheriff Jerry Guitierrez in the Probation Department despite Guitierrez’ history of poor management decisions. Chief Jason Horton is now in charge of (or senior within) Code Enforcement. This means that Guitierrez will be able to screw with the Sheriff’s department via handling of probation issues and Horton will be able to write tickets en-masse on Sheriff Department Vehicles, etc. (And, yes, a previous code enforcement officer fired from previous DA Trask spent 8 years harassing Zellerbach’s department)

So while attempting to get in the good graces of Chad Bianco, Van Wagenen is attempting to find homes for the remaining ethically-challenged lackeys in Sniff’s Second floor. Where will Kubel, Evans, Raya and Graves end up?

One of my sources was adamant that Van Wagenen was a tyrant to work for in the DA’s office and he was as vindictive and retaliatory as anyone there. It seems to this blogger that Mr. Van Wagenen would turn on Chad or anyone else in county government as soon as it suited him. Given that he is helping the swamp stir in Riverside County, even if my assessment of his personality and approach is incorrect – you still should take pause and use extreme caution around him.

… before Chad Bianco can fire them I guess. We’ve detailed how Jason Horton and Christopher Brandon Ford have been interviewing with other agencies (including Menifee).

We’ve also detailed how the Second Floor are tying up loose ends, attacking whistleblowers and finishing off other Chad Bianco Supporters with retaliatory terminations and discipline.

Sniff claimed he asked other agencies to do the event before cancelling it. It looks like yet another absurdity out of him.

The Blue Light ceremony was cancelled, but will now continue as originally planned. The annual Blue Light Ceremony is a tradition that allows the community and law enforcement to reflect and honor those that have given their life for the residents of our county. Regardless of the challenges presented to us, it is essential that these ceremonies continue as they have become a part of our culture, history and are woven into the fabric of Riverside County. Those honored at the Blue Light represent the best in Riverside County law enforcement and come from all the agencies that serve our communities.

Chief Reyes and the Palm Springs Police Department will lead the coordination of the Coachella Valley event which is scheduled for December 10, 2018 at 6:00 pm.

Chief Diaz and the Riverside Police Department will lead the coordination of the Riverside event which is scheduled for December 17, 2018 at 6:00 pm.

While I am thrilled to see the other agencies step up – it is disturbing to watch Sniff burning down the department on his way out the door.

In addition, we received a Bob Epps update. He is continuing to run his empire from the Bomb Squad despite multiple instances and documented evidence he is crooked.

It has also been told to this blogger by more than one source that Stan Sniff has already cleared his office out. “The Second Floor” is also reputed to be a ghost town.

As you can imagine the rank and file in the Sheriff’s Department are elated.

Pictured is Chief Deputy Jason “Deuce” Horton – he has said to some that he is going to run for Sheriff in 4 years against Sheriff-Elect Chad Bianco. Then, later, he was attempting to brown nose to keep a job. Horton is 48 and needs another 15 months or so for a full retirement. #EPICFAIL He better hope the file about the DUI he allegedly got away with was destroyed by his pals in Sheriff’s Admin. (If it is untrue, then he has a lot of issues to worry about anyway)

Lyndon Raymond “The Executioner” Wood – another Chief Deputy is suddenly ill. Something about heart issues, no one I spoke to knew anything about Wood having health issues as just two weeks ago he was threatening people in their offices. Rumors are just that, rumors. One set has him putting in his retirement papers and another set has him attempting to medically tap out.

Update: It appears that Chief Deputy Ray Wood did indeed end up in the ER on Wed with some sort of legitimate heart issue. All my opinions of him aside, I hope he is OK physically. Never, EVER root for people you don’t like or political enemies to suffer ill, otherwise you’re no better than the ill you attempt to defeat at the ballot box. Good luck Ray and recover fully.

Another insane rumor that turns out to be partially true is an alleged Stan Sniff temper tantrum, no, not the infamous video folks, a real tantrum. It appears he had to be talked out of shutting down the CCW Department as his refusal to have reasonable CCW issuance practices was a major campaign issue. (And exposed the hypocrisy of the NRA and H Paul Payne) Somehow, shutting the CCW department down was supposed to accomplish something.

That’s correct, a sitting Sheriff had a serious enough conversation that even his butt monkies (ohhh there is that word again) had to talk him out of yet another felony stupid move.

In other news – Sheriff-Elect Chad Bianco has made it clear that the Kevin Duffy Serial Child Molestation Case will be followed up on and finished the right way.

Your intrepid blogger has received multiple reports of Shred Trucks parked at or near the Sheriff’s Admin Office. I am not 100% sure what that means, but I have written many times I am of the opinion that Sniff and Crew will seek to cover their tracks.

The malicious prosecution of Donald Vincent Brooks is continuing. (Again, my opinion of the case) The investigator in the case that I think is dirty was attempting to brown-nose the Sheriff Elect after the election.

Your intrepid blogger was contacted by Stan Sniff major donor and failed assembly candidate Mohammad Ali Mazarei to pay off on a bet he made with me related to the election. I have not determined if I am going to return the call.

A personal note to Riverside DA Mike Hestrin: It was put to me that you refused to endorse Chad Bianco because of this blog. I don’t know you and I have never met you. I hope that rumor is false, not because I care, but because it makes you look weak in the face of corruption. That is not a good look for a DA who looks to be busy for a while with several messes within the Sheriff’s Department. Help the Sheriff clean it up so four years from now I have little or nothing to write about.

Several photos on social media started to emerge post election. In one case, it appears that the Sheriff or one of his Butt-Monkies got a group photo from Chad Bianco’s home station of Hemet removed. It is re-posted here.

I do not envy the job Chad Bianco has to deal with. But, man do I think he is equal to the task.
