What is Omar Navarro getting held on $500,000 Bail for? – in the Land of George Gascon no less…

Omar Navarro, 34, was charged with 43 counts related to the mishandling of campaign funds, including one count of conspiracy, 13 counts of wire fraud, 26 counts of falsification of records and three counts of the prohibited use of campaign funds, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Central District of California.

What piqued my interest was the indictment from the federales indicated that Navarro was being held on State Charges at the time he was indicted by the Feds for laundering Campaign Cash into his own pocket.

At one time, Omar Navarro was a darling of the conservative movement and listed people like Roger Stone as campaign advisors!

Similar to George Yang, it is my belief that many of my friends in the Conservative movement ignored warning signs related to Navarro. When I had Navarro out to Nye County to see Ben Carson speak at an event, I got my first glimpse that something about the dude was not right.

Longtime ally of former President Trump and political consultant Roger Stone was also reportedly his campaign adviser at one time, according to The Los Angeles Times.

Now, a grand jury indictment has alleged that Navarro illegally funneled cash to himself multiple times between September 2017 through July 2020. He allegedly conspired with two other people to do so, including his mother Dora Asghari, who he is accused of sending checks to using campaign funds during this time before the money was transferred back to himself for personal use.

This is Navarro pleading guilty to making terrorist threats and stalking. We knew about this already.

This is new, this is an aggravated DUI (usually a felony)

It appears that Omar may be currently in LA County Jail for violating his parole/probation from the Stalking conviction? We will find out soon what these hearings are about specifically.

Omar Navarro’s life has flown apart and it is likely he is going to spend a lot of time in Jail. The Federal Charges could net him hundreds of years in prison in addition to whatever he is charged with locally in LA County.

… which gets me to George Yang.

MR. KUBO: Okay. And then, lastly, he also sits as a board member on different boards that he is planning on withdrawing from due to what’s happening in this case, and [inaudible] have to give them a basis for that. Of course, per the [inaudible] he could only discuss the case with either myself or spouse. So, can he make a reference to this case in those letters?

THE COURT: No.

DISTRICT ATTORNEY: Objection, Your Honor.

THE COURT: I don’t trust him.

MR. KUBO: That’s all I ask. We have a plea date set for 10/20 in Department 702.

The fact that the court says it does not trust George Yang should be a clue as to the serious danger Yang is in. Secondly, it appears that after sending out an email last weekend trying to act like everything was ok, that Yang has gotten the message to resign as chair of the RCC.

If you take the time to read the rest of the transcript of the short hearing where both of Yang’s requests were rejected, at the end is a very long dissertation by the Judge that he may be open to revoking bail and returning Yang to incarceration due to the nature of the case.

The Republican Party is overrun with grifters and it is high time we started weeding them out, BEFORE they get indicted and make headlines for committing crimes.

Penal Code 422 PC is considered a serious crime that can expose a convicted defendant to the provisions of the California’s three-strikes law and result in a significant state prison sentence.

AS to Penal Code 646:

(a) Any person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows or willfully and maliciously harasses another person and who makes a credible threat with the intent to place that person in reasonable fear for his or her safety, or the safety of his or her immediate family is guilty of the crime of stalking, punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one year, or by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment, or by imprisonment in the state prison.

(b) Any person who violates subdivision (a) when there is a temporary restraining order, injunction, or any other court order in effect prohibiting the behavior described in subdivision (a) against the same party, shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for two, three, or four years.

(c) (1) Every person who, after having been convicted of a felony under Section 273.5, 273.6, or 422, commits a violation of subdivision (a) shall be punished by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one year, or by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment, or by imprisonment in the state prison for two, three, or five years.

So – it appears that the erstwhile governor candidate either got busted a second time for stalking Deanna Lorraine OR there is a new victim. Omar Navarro was arrested for 11 felonies and pled guilty to two. 422 is criminal threats and 646(b) is violating a restraining order. Nice job Omar.

Omar should write George Gascon a thank you letter as he appears to have only gotten 90 days in jail for this, yet he will serve about 15 of them. The LA County website says his projected release date is 4-4-2021 and he was sentenced on 3-17-2021.

Fresh out of jail for stalking the equally as crazy Deanna Lorraine (Tesoriero) – Omar Navarro is on the dope rhyme:

Perhaps he can start “Convicts for Jessica” soon. (Navarro plea bargained his stalking case in San Francisco and was in Jail over 6 months late last year in to this year)

On second thought, Omar is supporting someone that is silent about sexual abuse of women–he could be chairing her camapign.

Despite overwhelming evidence that Navarro violated Tesoriero’s restraining order against him, including the fact that Navarro bashed Tesoriero to The Daily Beast in apparent violation of the order, Navarro claims that he only pleaded guilty because he would have become a “political prisoner” if he hadn’t.

“I wouldn’t have been judged by a jury of my peers, I would’ve been judged by a bunch of liberals, and they would have kept me locked up in there as a political prisoner,” Navarro said in his Twitter video. “And that’s not OK.”

While it might seem strange for the recently imprisoned Navarro to be confident he can win the 2022 primary to challenge Waters, he is aided by the fact that Collins has a bizarre history of his own.

Given that Patterson is OK with Mike Madrid and has nothing to say about Bill Brough, I am sure Navarro will get the same forebearance as Madrid has.

Did you know that CA-28 Grifter Jennifer Barbosa “Worked” for CA-43 Grifter Omar Navarro? It us alleged that they were also dating at some point as well. No one has directly challenged this assertion.(CA-28 is Schiff and CA-43 is Mad Max) It looks like some of the $1,000,000 plus that Navarro raised was invested in CA-28 disaster candidate Jennifer Barbosa.

That’s a lot of money through 5-2019 paid by Omar to Jennifer Barbosa. (She is running against Eric Early for Congress in CA-28). Eric Early deserves better than having a late-filing freakshow candidate running against him as he seeks to unseat Adam Schiff.

Click here to see the email thread between your intrepid blogger and Ajay Bruno. I had asserted that Barbosa and Omar had a relationship – the above is proof, now Mr. Bruno can get back to his regularly scheduled trainwreck.

Sometimes I feel like I’ve relapsed when I deal with these people. It is the only way I can feel the brain damage necessary to understand the breed of grifter infecting the body politic in 2020.

Speaking of which, this gets me back to the man and woman of the hour. Deanna Lorraine Tesoriero and Omar Navarro. Deanna is running for CA-12 against Nancy Pelosi and it is my opinion that she is a complete fraud and is running to pay off debts as it appears she has had no source of income in the last several years.

Your intrepid blogger is in possession of evidence (think Phone records) indicating that Deanna Lorraine has called Omar Navarro multiple times since the restraining order was issued. If true, and I believe it is true – Ms. Lorraine may well have shredded her own restraining order or at the very least given Navarro cause for a solid legal defense against the misdemeanors and felonies he is charged with.

Perhaps the stuff I have is the basis of Omar’s claims that Deanna “set him up”. Sorry Omar, you’ve been stalking Deanna for a while… but the wrinkle is that it sure looks like Deanna is far from innocent and may well have been contributing to Omar’s psychosis.

Why call someone who has been stalking you repeatedly? This is what it appears Deanna has done based on the stuff I have in my possession. If true, then my supposition is that Deanna is calling Omar and triggering him.

Given that Deanna has been using Omar’s incidents and behavior to smear her primary opponent John Dennis, there is a clear nexus. She has also attacked your intrepid blogger blaming me for Omar’s actions. I hope to God this sort of projection, deflection and triangulation is not part of her relationship advice services or the men she works with will be suicidal.

My personality profile of Deanna is as negative as anyone I have ever profiled in politics. In my opinion she is in the Rodney Stanhope / Tim Donnelly realm. Worse, she is somewhat attractive and is smarter than either of those two meaning she can maintain the lie much more effectively and for a longer period of time. Only the two men’s absolute lack of shame makes up for their lack of intelligence compared to Deanna.

Only in the mind of a very sick person do you take the actions of a madman (Omar) and then use them to smear a political opponent (John Dennis). Worse, if my theory about her using her training in relationships and men in general in order to trigger Omar is true – then it suggests we are dealing with a different sort of craziness.

We have a woman campaigning on God by day, partying by night. She talks abstinence yet is out past 2AM with different men according to photos I have posted and firsthand accounts of her sitting in the lap of more than one man. She presents herself as a relationship expert and appears to be plying her trade in a manipulative and sinister manner in order to invoke political sympathy.

Good Lord.

P.S. In a facebook thread, Deanna made it clear that she thinks because I am a sober alcoholic that it makes it ok for her to campaign on God by day and party at night. If life worked that way, I’d be dead in the hypocrisy as I’d have never seen a good reason to quit drinking.

Dealing with people like Deanna makes me wonder if perhaps I have relapsed after 6,200+ days sober. Then I see my stuffed animals in my office and realize that they are the only thing sane in my office… (It sure isn’t anything I see in my computer) Between Deanna Lorraine and Sean Feucht (CA-03 Televangelist wannabe) I am really getting sick of seeing God used as an empty prop in people’s campaigns. (Oh and Tim Donnelly is invoking God, too…)

CA-12 = Pelosi. CA-28 = Schiff CA-43 = Maxine Waters. CA-XX is Congressional District XX

Jennifer Barbosa is reputed to be Omar Navarro’s Current Girlfriend. (She appears to be denying it now post arrest) If Deanna Lorraine is any indication – Barbosa should probably flee the state of California. Barbosa is running as a DTS against Eric Early in CA-28. Deanna Lorraine has been highlighted as a grifter in CA-12 against Republican John Dennis. Omar Navarro is a well known Grifter in CA-34.

It appears at least one and as many as three of the above issues are a Felony if convicted. Accounts, and none first hand at this point, indicate that Omar went to San Francisco sometime yesterday. (After Joe Collins got endorsed by the LAGOP over him) Navarro is said to have tracked down his ex-girlfriend Deanna Lorraine and threatened and confronted her.

Navarro has told me that he has even more stuff on Deanna than what I found or what he has told me. My supposition is that the extortion threat may well have had to do with that. Navarro has maintained that Deanna Lorraine is a coke addict in addition to what I have posted. The only stuff I have posted about Deanna are documents, videos and things I can prove.

Mr. Navarro should tell all the bad stuff (including what the voices in his head are saying) to his therapist in the mental ward of the Jail he is in.

While Deanna is a victim for sure in this case, it does not excuse her unpaid tax liens, criminal convictions, lying about abstinence, businesses that appear to be scams, misrepresenting herself and a variety of other issues we’ve highlighted.

I am taken aback by how similar Barbosa looks to Deanna Lorraine. Omar is using his social media and email platform in an attempt to help her against Eric Early. Early has been running an extremely aggressive and well-disciplined campaign against Adam Schiff and deserves better than drawing a loser like these two as an opponent.

I am almost 100% sure that Barbosa’s “Relationship” with Navarro is going to end the same way that Deanna Lorraine’s did.

BTW – note to John Dennis, if you are talking to Omar Navarro, stop now. Get away from him as far as you can.

The California GOP deserves better than the crazed Navarro and his bimbo squad.
