UPDATE:
Mr. Berry, an in house investigation is very common in these sort of instances. The DOJ, FBI, etc. wouldn’t involve themselves unless it was absolutely necessary. In fact, it states in the Yaws case files that Mr. Bean also had an in house investigation to look into his disturbing comments made to another female employee. Here is the difference between the two situations, Mr. Woo has released (and openly talks about) the findings of his investigation which is that the accusations are completely unfounded. How come Mr. Bean hasn’t come out and said the same yet? Since the accusations against Mr. Woo are completely untrue (as found out in the investigation) it is now slander when you continue to bring it up and use it to your advantage. Anybody with the slightest knowledge of the law would know THATS why you received a letter from Mr. Woo’s attorney, because you continue to talk about untrue information, you are slandering. Now, It is very foolish of you to say that the blogger is slandering Mr. Beans name because, as of right now we don’t know the results of Mr. Beans internal investigation. If Bean were to come out and say the investigation found the accusations to be untrue only THEN would this become slander. Personally I think it is very suspicious that Mr. Bean hasn’t stated the results of his investigation. One last thing, Mr Berry, you have continually stated that there has been a cover up with Mr. Woos investigation and that has to be the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard! I work in HR for a fairly large company out of the Bay Area. I am very familiar with the process of an internal investigation and it would be very difficult to cover it up. First off, in this case, anybody can request to see it, it is public record. This means that if there was a cover up a member of the public surely must know by now. Second, do you know how many different people are involved in an investigation? Do you really think Placer County would be able to silence 10, 20, or even more people? Even if the county did silence that many people, people talk, people gossip, someone would have spilled the beans by now. If you believe that is what has occurred, I am very concerned for your grasp on reality. Please Mr. Berry, do some critical thinking before going on the internet and making untrue posts.
This was fished off of Facebook when your intrepid blogger was alerted to a facebook thread about Brandon Bean – the union goon running for sheriff of Placer County. Anyone with more information, please come forward.
Update: It appears that the union planted this as an attack against Wayne Woo. It appears that the thugs are out in force engaging in standard smears and attacks against a target they oppose. Play close attention, these are supposed to be cops. These are supposed to be the people enforcing the law and maintaining public safety. I have been editing profane comments laced with threats. If these are the types of people responsible for keeping Placer County safe, I fear for the whole county. This will be continued…

This sounds about right…I heard that Placer’s Probation Dept is allowing violent, repeat offenders in their house arrest program to completely ignore the terms of their release, commit new crimes, not be confined to their homes AND collect all their jail credits as if their compliance with the program was perfect and uneventful. They collect 200 to 300 days jail credit while roaming the community and reoffending, none of which is reported to the court or even recorded in the department’s records. It was explained that the house arrest program “generates a great deal of money for the department”. This was all at the direction of the still current Chief Marshall Hopper.
First off this text was addressed to me Ryan Berry on my Facebook page. I asked the lady if I could repost it. She told me yes because Wayne Woo has no business being in Law Enforcement. You should do a better investigation before pointing fingers. Yes she talking about Wayne Woo and sexual relationship with an under aged female. So your information is nothing but false and its Slander because you have the wrong person. Now if you are referring to Wayne Woo than that’s not Slander at all.
If you have questions please message me because all this BULLSHIT needs to stop and the truth needs to be told
Ryan Berry
Blogger’s Note: Speaking of BS your accusation against Mr. Woo is garbage as well. Nice try though. Make sure you use more swear words in future comments to make your point. Typical Union tactics on display here.
1. According to Nina,(Per the cease and desist letter from Nina) Wayne Woo’s attorney, Wayne was investigated, what agency conducted the investigation?
2. Who or what agency made the determination the allegation was unfounded?
3. Did Wayne admit to having a sexual relationship with the person Wayne’s attorney alleges is the victim?
4. Was any part of the allegations found to be true?
5. Why is Placer County Sheriff hiding this information/investigation from the public?
Blogger’s Note: These are all good questions, let’s hope they come out. (Hint: When the questions are answered you will find that team Bean’s accusations against Wayne Woo are garbage)
1) Nina letter telling me to stop WHY BECAUSE I SPEAK THE TRUTH!!!
2) WHO did the investigation Placer County Sheriff Office did an In House investigation. This should have been investigated by FBI, DOJ, Attorney General NOT PCSO. DO YOU SEE THE PROBLEMS.
3) To me yes. I don’t know what he said in his investigation.
4) Woo told me directly to my face what he had dine.
5) ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING QUESTION ?????
Blogger’s note: Your word against his, juxtaposed with you and your union’s desire to smear a political opponent. Also noted, union members attacking the DA. What a great look for law enforcement.
