Blogger’s Note – the Alvarado story is being re-posted from California Political News in its’ entirety. Note that Alvarado is a close associate of Scott Winn, who was the prime mover behind the lynching of #CA10 GOP Nominee Ted Howze. Alvarado, Winn and David Stafford Reade have worked on a lot of campaigns together over the years – (Note: Reade is working for Trump in 2020, while still plying his unethical methods to cash in off of the CAGOP)

  • A few days ago a virulent hater of President Trump—and supporter of the defeat of SEVEN Republican U.S. Senators had been outed—and a complaint filed against him, with the penalty being thrown off the GOP Committee.  If Mike Madrid was an ethical person he would resign from the Committee.  Now his buddy, Luis Alvarado , also a founder of the infamous Democrat financed Lincoln Project. has had a complaint filed against him.
  • That is the problem.  Why should a delegate have to file such complaints”  Leaders need to Lead.
  • Though both Madrid and Alvarado are strong supporters of Jessica Patterson—collecting  proxies on her behalf for the February, 2019 convention, for instance, she and the other Board members should have abided by the by-laws and on their own opened a By-laws Committee investigation.  Leaders lead—that did not happen in this case.
  • Jessica Patterson and the Board do have another chance to show leadership.  Ben Avey a Sacramento based delegate, who used to work for Assemblywoman Shirley Horton (one of the VERY few GOP’ers that supported AB 32, the Schwarzenegger effort to raise the cost of doing business in California and killing jobs) on his social media reminded folks he is a part of the Lincoln Project—and wants to be listed with Madrid and Alvarado for removal.  Maybe CRP leadership should file their own by-laws violation against him—instead of waiting for the inevitable delegate complaint.  It is one thing to suggest the GOP should be open to all ideologies—but to allow supporters of the Democrat candidate for President to have a voice in the CRP—that is going too far.  The Board needs to show leadership or they lose the right to claim to support President Trump while allowing Biden people on the Committee.
  • Oh, all votes in Committee and by the delegates need to be transparent—we have a right to know who supports the Biden delegates, who opposes them and who can’t take a stand.  If I were a betting person, they all resign prior to a vote.

As CAGOP delegates we deserve better than a “Chairwoman” dining off of her demographics while she and her court of squishes are retaliating against Conservatives only while enabling Trump-Haters and party destroyers.

As delegates of the State Central Committee (“the Committee”), we agreed to abide by the Standing Rules and Bylaws of the California Republican Party. Section 2.01.06 (A) states that a majority of the Committee or the Executive Committee may censure or remove any delegate who publicly advocates that voters should not vote for the party’s nominee for any office or who gives support to or avows a preference for any publicly announced candidate of a party other than the Republican Party. Delegate Luis Alvarado (Membership ID 18278) has publicly advocated that voters not vote for the Republican nominee for president, Donald Trump, and has given support to and avowed a preference for a publicly announced candidate of another party, Democrat Joe Biden.

The following are only a few of his activities and statements from just this month.

  1. In a press release on July 2, 2020, The Lincoln Project announced its California Leadership Team, the first in a multi-state rollout of current and former Republicans who will spearhead volunteer recruitment and fundraising activities directed to key battleground states.[1] Luis Alvarado is listed as a member of this team. The Lincoln Project is a super PAC formed in late 2019 by a group of current and former Republican political consultants to “Defeat President Trump and Trumpism at the ballot box”[2] [emphasis in original] by electing Democrat Joe Biden to the presidency and securing a Democrat majority in the U.S. Senate.
  2. In a Twitter post on July 2, 2020, Alvarado wrote, “I am very proud to be appointed as part of the leadership of #ProyectoLincolnCalifornia to promote our work to overthrow the president @realDonaldTrump as president of the nation.”[3] [translated from Spanish]
  3. In The Sacramento Bee, Alvarado declared, “I feel a duty to restore a balance to our political system, and will use all my talents and energy to ensure my Republican brothers and sisters realize we can be better without Donald Trump as POTUS.”[4]
  4. On CNN en Español, Alvarado stated that Joe Biden, despite being a Democrat, is the best option for the United States and the best way to remove Donald Trump from the White House.[5]

Pursuant to Section 2.01.07 (A) of the Standing Rules and Bylaws of the California Republican Party, we hereby file this complaint with the Chairwoman against Luis Alvarado (Membership ID 18278) setting forth the causes for his censure and removal from the Committee.

#CA35 Update: Why is the CAGOP Using Politico and Media Matters as a Clearing House for Candidates? Free Speech is Dead

Ladies and gentlemen Welcome to 2020, President Trump is going to get re-elected and Republican Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is on a suicide mission. The fact of the matter is that the leftist media are throwing out Q-Anon so much it has no meaning. However, Kevin McCarthy because he is weak and is worried about what people think of him is an easy target for Politico and Media Matters to Cower.

When you add in the Oligarchy of Controlled Failure that runs the CAGOP – you have a toxic mess. Note the CAGOP still has an endorsement in effect of Joe Collins in CA-43 despite his claiming his bodily fluids were worth 15 Million in a court filing. Collins has four children he has been in and out of court regarding because he believes he is a sovereign citizen and thus not under the laws of the US. (including Child Support)

However, Ted Howze exercises free speech, that’s bad. Someone uses his social media and they skewer him for it. With weak, corrupt leaders like those in the CAGOP no wonder why 62% of Americans fear to speak their mind due to fears of retaliation!

Now – introducing Mike Cargile. The man has a phenomenal resume. But – Cargile made the cardinal sin, he exercised free speech to mock the way people characterize themselves. But, because of the weak CAGOP Leadership he has been pilloried.

Media Matters – the soros funded organization was sent this screenshot. Media Matters is an extreme left wing chemtrail conspiracy website. It is astounding that the CAGOP would ignore the issues in CA43, yet let Media Matters dictate their endorsement in CA35.

Media Matters, like PolitiFact and Fact Check, is a left wing 501 c 3 media website that targets all conservative opponents like Fox News, Breitbart,  PJ Media and Zero Hedge.

Media Matters for America (MMfA) was established in 2004 by conservative-turned-liberal activist David Brock. MMfA was created as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, nonprofit organization. MMfA positions itself as a fact-checker, focusing on conservative media bias and inaccuracies. In practice, the organization frequently criticizes opinions of conservative commentators.

Now Media Matters is bragging about Jessica Patterson and crew yanking the CAGOP endorsement of Mike Cargile.

After watching the #CA10 fiasco, your intrepid blogger is going to write about this seemingly hopeless Democrat District because it is a great window on a lot of things political in both California and Nationally. Norma Torres is the incumbent and she is an extreme left-winger – literally a wanna-be squad member with a fascinating background. Torres also has some astounding issues in her background suggesting the inordinate amount of drama in #CA35 may have several underlying issues.

Protecting a squad member is why Media Matters wanted to intervene in #CA35. The spineless weasels in the CAGOP Leadership have their reasons too. We will hash all of these out as we open up yet another political race on Right On Daily.

As a side note – Mike Cargile has a ton of prominent Black supporters. We’re going to get to the bottom of the #CA35 race soon and all parties involved.

Note: on 7-25-2020 the CRP’s Board of Directors decided to give the #SD25 nominee a chance to get due process before lynching her for making social media posts of her own. The discussion led by three board members called for creating a uniform standard for free-speech and what the line is before it comes to un-endorsing someone. In our next installment of the #CA35 Chronicles, we are going to talk about the consultants involved and begin to explore why Media Matters is worried about a seemingly Uber-Safe Democratic Congresswoman.

Red State: CORRUPTION. Gavin Newsom Got a Free Mansion and Other Perks Not Reported on his Financials?

Got it? Winery? Open. Kid’s 25,000 a week private school? Open. Moving to a County magically not on the “Watch List”? Yup, got that too.

Then there is this bombshell uncovered by Jennifer Van Laar at Redstate:

  • Gavin Newsom’s $3.7 million, 12,000 square foot mansion, on 8+ acres along the American River in Sacramento, was the area’s most expensive home sale in 2018
  • The gated estate consists of a 6 bedroom/10 bath home, a guest house, a pool, a tennis court, and a wine cave
  • An LLC registered to Newsom’s cousin, long-time business partner, and Co-President of PlumpJack, Jeremy Scherer, paid cash for the estate in December 2018
  • Newsom’s spox, though, claimed in Jan 2019 that it was Newsom who’d paid cash for the home – puzzling, since Newsom still carried a $3.2 million mortgage on his prior home
  • In Oct 2019 the LLC gifted the home to the Newsoms free and clear, claiming Newsom was a member of the LLC to avoid a $4,000 Transfer Tax
  • In January 2020 the Newsoms received $2.7 million tax-free when they obtained a cash-out refinance
  • Newsom’s financial disclosure forms don’t mention the LLC or the gifts, which far exceed the $500 limit
  • In 2003, Newsom was cited for failing to disclose $11 million in real estate and business loans

With that knowledge, the Grant Deed giving the Newsoms title to the Fair Oaks property is evaluated in an entirely different light – it’s now a gift, according to corporate law attorneys RedState spoke to about the transaction. It’s not illegal for an LLC to gift property to a person who’s not a member, but the attorneys said they’ve never taken part in such a transaction nor would they ever allow a client to. Such a transaction raises major red flags for tax and regulatory agencies, they said, since it may indicate attempted tax fraud, money laundering, or a payoff/bribe.

Gavin Newsom has been an elected official in California for 23 years, so he’s been obligated to file annual financial disclosure reports under California’s Political Reform Act for 23 years, and is well aware of his legal obligations to report companies he owns a stake in and allowable/reportable gifts.

Yikes. Given that Gavin Newsom’s popularity is tanking, and that internal party leaders are not as enamored with him as they once were… you have to wonder when they will pull the ripcord on this guy.

CAGOP Board Meeting Follow Up Post: SD25 Candidate Saved from Lynching, the LA Times is preparing to Attack Party for doing mail ballot endorsement election

One correction from my previous post – it was the CAGOP Executive Board that met. This is the senior elected officers of the CAGOP, the political consultant Tom Ross whose presence on the CAGOP board I will be looking in to at length, the Senior Congressman (Doug LaMalfa), and the two permanent minority leaders ( currently Shannon “no endorsements” Grove and Marie “Get out of jail free” Waldron).

I had assumed incorrectly that it was the 115 member CAGOP Executive Committee – because my recollection of the CAGOP By-Laws is that absent a convention endorsements on ballot measures had to be done by them. As such, the 23 member Executive Board had to defer the endorsements on the initiatives to another mail ballot election.

Suffice to say, the only controversial measure is Prop 19. It is my understanding that Tom Ross (or his firm) and people close to him (such as large OC Donors and money people like Howard Hakes) oppose Prop 19. I believe that Ross and company are earning money to oppose Prop 19, yet I have no proof at this time – but will track the connections down as they sometimes use daisy chains of PAC’s to inhibit transparency.

David Stafford Reade, a capo of Jessica Patterson’s was telling people they had the votes to oppose Prop 19. I do not know why these financial conflicts of interest were not discussed. Jessica Patterson should have handed the gavel to Peter Kuo and Tom Ross should have excused himself or clarified his conflict (if any) on Prop 19. David Stafford Reade does not care about a thing until the check clears the bank – I’ve known the man for 20 years and that you can take to the bank (like he has done to a long list of squishes over the years)

Neither Tom Ross nor Howard Hakes have any business being on the California Republican Party’s executive board. I am grateful they are donors and fundraisers – but those roles are inherently conflicted. Note – as an officer of the California Impact Republicans, I have recused myself on endorsement votes more than 50% of the time in order to avoid anything close to a conflict of interest.

Now that I understand the machinations behind the “No Position” recommendation on Prop 19, your intrepid blogger will be forcefully advocating for a Yes Vote on Prop 19. Look for more information on Proposition 19 shortly. The CAGOP should never take a “No Position” on any issue at any time anywhere. It looks smarmy and weak – and insiders understand that position is usually taken when there are grotesque conflicts of interest at work in the shadows.

Jay Obernolte, Harmeet Dhillon and Matt Heath all argued for giving the SD25 Candidate some due process before lynching her. Dhillon rightly pointed out that the CAGOP Board should have a clear standard over what constitutes “hate speech and “racism” on social media before executing candidates. I wish #CA35 nominee Mike Cargile and #CA10 nominee Ted Howze were given the same chance. You will learn soon that the conflicts of interest I keep writing about as it pertains to her majesty and the court of squishes have a direct bearing on what was done to both of those men.

The Los Angeles Times is getting ready to stick their arrogant, liberal, condescending noses in to the CAGOP’s business once again. I like Seema Mehta and have dealt with her in the past, but the article basically deifying Mike Madrid was beyond the pale.

The LA Times was attempting to pre-empt any action against Madrid, Luis Alvarado and Ben Avey (a former staffer to AB32 Yes Vote Shirley Horton) for openly trying to defeat Republican incumbents like Devin Nunes, Cory Gardner, Steve Daines and the President himself. It is this sort of Journalistic Harlotry that reminds me of why I hold reporters in the same esteem as convicted felons.

I have been told by several insiders that the LA Times is going to write a story calling the CAGOP hypocrites because we are doing a mail ballot drill regarding party positions on ballot measures yet paid for and led a successful lawsuit against Gavin Newsom’s attempted mail ballot fraud grab.

Your intrepid blogger is pre-empting the LA Times in a similar manner to how they tried to influence the outcome of pending disciplinary action against hostile anti party members that Her Majesty the Chairwomen and her court of squishes are protecting. At least I am honest about my bias and motives.

It is the opinion of this blogger that Her Majesty and the Court of Squishes are going to ingore and delay any action on the Benedict Lincoln Project mavens until after the November 4th election – then the excuse will be the convention is in Feb and they won’t be reappointed. In the meantime, I endorse the efforts of Carl Brickey, and the other CRA officers to hold these people accountable even as a grossly conflicted party “Chairwoman” stands in the way of enforcing our party’s by-laws.

P.S. The CAGOP still has an endorsement in effect for a proven nutjob with child support issues and a publicly documented pattern of insane statements. Who am I referring to? Joe Collins in #CA43.

  • The California GOP endorsed former Green Party presidential candidate Joe Collins in his bid to unseat Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters.
  • Collins claimed his bodily fluids were worth $15 million in a lawsuit he filed against San Diego in 2017.
  • Collins has switched political parties four times since entering the arena in late 2016, Federal Election Commission records show.
  • Collins had $22 in his checking account in April 2018, court documents show. Now he’s running a congressional campaign that has raised $761,000.

We were told that Travis Allen would have been a disaster for the CAGOP. There is no way in hell anyone not named Mike Madrid could think the track record of Jessica Patterson is any better than that of an escaped laboratory specimen.

CAGOP Breaking News – With Less than 18 Hours’ Notice The Oligarchy of Controlled Failure Prepares to Lynch Two More GOP Nominees!

Wow. #CA10, #CA35 – Ted Howze and Mike Cargile were lynched with less than 12 hours notice and neither were allowed to defend themselves.

Tomorrow morning (7-25-2020) at 9AM, a pre-orchestrated outcome is going to play out at the CAGOP Executive Committee meeting which was noticed about 1.5 Hours ago (appx 6pm 7-24-2020)

Pictured, the troubled corrupt Tyler Diep who lost the AD72 Primary – yet was defended by Jessica Patterson because he betrayed Travis Allen in 2019.

No wonder why a CATO institute poll shows 62% of Americans are afraid to express their opinions in public for fear of retaliation. My own wife has told me multiple times she does not want me wearing MAGA stuff out of the house. (Once she said she was worried I’d end up in Jail after whaling the tar out of someone who attacked me) It looks like Her majesty Jessica Patterson and her court of squishes have declared open season on any Travis Allen / Steve Frank supporter that deviates slightly from the throttled safe box they want them in.

This is classic 1990’s era consultant behavior – hide your intentions, wait until the last minute to deny people the chance to defend themselves and make sure committees are stacked with loyalists. It is a sham of an organization – but this is what they had done to CRA when I first joined CRA in 2000. They had created a string of fake CRA units they controlled and used to engineer sham endorsements.

Note – not one Republican member of the California Legislature is on the CAGOP Executive Committee. While I am not a fan of the GOP Caucuses in California, it is kind of odd that the most important committee of the CAGOP is without a single one of them. Was this done in order to make sure Jessica Patterson and the court of squishes could control the outcomes?

Besides lynching two nominees, they are going to render party endorsements on Ballot initiatives. They are wussing out on Prop 19 instead of supporting it. I wonder who in the inner circle of the court of squishes has a paycheck riding on Prop 19?

It looks like SD25 Candidate Kathleen Hazelton is going to get lynched for Social Media posts. She put her name on the ballot as a write-in candidate to provide opposition to Anthony Portantino. It appears that Jeff Randle, Jessica Patterson and crew are prepared to endorse Anthony Portantino.

It appears from reading the minutes of the upcoming CAGOP executive committee meeting that the lynching of John Briscoe (not the John W Briscoe of CIR) the #CA47 Nominee appears to be the only one of the soon to be 4 candidate lynchings by her majesty (and her court of squish consultants) that had some semblance of due process.

We will have more to say about #CA35 soon, but suffice to say there is a pattern. Unlike #CA35 where there could be several issues at play, #CA47 seems much simpler. John Briscoe appears to be some sort of nut with piss poor judgement.

However, the #SD25 Candidate is going to get lynched with no due process for exercising her first amendment right to talk trash politically. I’d imagine that her majesty and her court of squish consultants would ban your intrepid blogger from even being considered given the ruthless and sadistic standard they are applying to candidates.

Please note that the CAGOP Executive Committee is 50% comprised of her Majesty’s appointments. Remember, that Jessica Patterson ruthlessly targeted conservatives and anyone that even thought about supporting Steve Frank or Travis Allen against her. It basically means that the outcome of tomorrow’s executive committee meeting is known. (Tomorrow is 7-25-2020) All of her hand-picked appointees are loyalists.

John Briscoe – if the allegations are true (and it appears they are as an attorney’s office has been involved for over 5 months), he deserves to get lynched. (making him the only lynchee to deserve his fate)

The bottom line is that John Briscoe was a clumsy neanderthal that made several stupid comments to a woman (who had witnesses) and made at least one gesture and action that was physcial in nature. The CAGOP hired a law firm to investigate the complaint that originated in 2-2020.

 

(UPDATE: AT THE REQUEST OF A CAGOP BOARD MEMBER I RESPECT (yes there are a few) I HAVE PULLED DOWN THE INVESTIGATION DOCS, thank you for your understanding.)

Here are the key takeaways.

The SD25 Candidate is going to get lynched for sharing social media posts a lot of CAGOP delegates shared. This means that the leadership of the CAGOP are telling all of us we have no first amendment rights.

#CA10 nominee Ted Howze got lynched with less than 12 hours’ notice and no due process over social media posts. #CA35 nominee Mike Cargile got lynched with less than 12 hours’ notice and no due process over social media posts.

Yet – John Briscoe #CA47 was investigated by a law firm for 5 months regarding his actions and he was given a chance to respond. I think both Mike Cargile and Ted Howze have grounds to sue the CAGOP. If they lynch Kathleen Hazelton, she would as well.

Do not let the Initiatives committee jam down slip by either. Why is the CAGOP taking no position on Prop 19? Do any of the major GOP Consultants have a financial interest in Prop 19? Direct or indirect? We all deserve to know – Prop 19 should be a slam-dunk support as it will help rural farmers with estate planning in California.

WHY ARE JESSICA PATTERSON and CREW averaging about 12 hours’ notice on Executive Committee Meetings with major agenda items? This is the Oligarchy of Controlled Failure.

Jeff Randle, Andy Garakhani, Jessica Patterson and crew need to be held accountable for turning the CAGOP in to a moderates and friends only PAC. It is no longer a party organization, it is a splinter of a party so people like Matt Klemin, Tom Ross, Rebecca Luby, Andy Gimmecandy and others rip off donors for six-figure salaries.

If any of you think these people are going to do a thing about the Lincoln Project people openly campaigning against Republican Senators and President Trump – think again, Jessica Patterson is herself a never-trumper as are most all the other luminaries that I listed. (Andy G was alleged to have been taking a job with William Weld)

Got it? Ted Howze, Mike Cargile, Kathleen Hazelton – Conservative, Trump Supporter, Travis Allen Supporters – lynched.

Mike Madrid, Luis Alvarado, Ben Avey – liberal, Biden Supporters, actively campaigning against Republican Members of Congress, Jessica Patterson Supporters – complaints ignored.

John Briscoe – idiot. Lynched.

#CA43 Candidate Joe Collins, still CAGOP endorsed despite owing back child support and a long sordid history of legal troubles including claiming his bodily fluids are worth $15 Million in a court case!

#CA25 Congressman Mike Garcia – ignored in the Primary because Jessica Patterson’s puppet-master Kevin McCarthy had recruited Steve Knight. Garcia had the endorsements of the local parties who were stiffed by the state party.

#AD72 Tyler Diep – local party ignored because of his loyalty to Jessica Patterson. (The corrupt Diep was eliminated in the Primary despite the CAGOP ignoring the local party’s request to pull his endorsement)

This is the CAGOP – a dumpster fire.
